I've gone through the payment and got a confirmation message screen, but item is still in my basket, but not showing in my account as a order. Is this normal? I've gone through it a second time and still the same. Now either I don't have a full slip or I have two? not sure if I should try again? If there was a group buy for the full slip I would've gone for that. I have purchased direct once before from HDZeta before with no problems.

If it went through you should have seen a successful payment and then under your account "Payment Success"

I know hehe I ordered using my phone and it was fine. A little slow but only took a couple of minutes to successfully order. One thing I don't like though (and it always seems to happen with HDZ), is when you get to the last payment stage and it flags as "unsafe" I opt to use a pre-loaded card anyway so the risk is minimal and I only top up as/when I need it etc. But that's besides the point, I've seen it explained a bunch of times to reassure us too but it's still uncomfortable seeing that flag up everytime.

Do you get that too @Flloydo and do you just use your regular credit/debit card still?

Gave up trying to order through the site - had it in my cart but got the unsecure transaction warning and my browser wouldn't let me proceed. That's a first time for me. Didn't think to use my phone!

Went GB instead - worth the bit extra for the piece of mind.

Thanks for the heads up on your M.O. It makes sense, even if you don't need it, but that's going to be the case at least for another year until that license needs renewing.

With new versions of chrome you will get the unsafe flag as they are using an expired certificate I think but you can bypass it easily enough. Other browsers dont seem to flag the checkout and on mobile last time I did not get any warning either.
