Oh YEAH!!! just won this last night on ebay.. Can't wait for it to arrive :scat:
Nice one, not trying to put you off or anything but it really does not live up to its expectation at all! even though it's the only Steelbook of this film out there

Sorry but you misunderstood me, I love the movie, I was talking about the Steelbook itself ;)

I love this steelbook. I got it from Drunnen a few weeks ago and it arrived in perfect condition. A good cheaper alternative to the blu fans version since I liked that artwork.

€13 is a sweet price, and I love the artwork, but I can't remember if I liked this film, which I know I've seen but I can't recall my appreciation of it (and that doesn't happen often). :hilarious:

Did it happen to other people with this film, is it me or is it that forgettable ?

Critics are almost unanimous in saying this is a cheesy film with cringe-worthy scenes, but given what others are saying it could also be an entertaining guilty pleasure. It certainly isn't memorable by any means though. Can't remember how it ends, and I can't even remember if I hated the kid or not (I often do hate them) !

And then you got this steelbook which looks great (careful though, it's mentioned as having print errors on the edge ;)), and it probably won't be available forever but I don't want to bother getting the film and watching it again to see if it's worth buying this.

So let's say I'm in a bit of a quandry. :dunno:

The prospect of splitting the delivery costs with Black Hawk Down and Apollo 13 is tempting, but now I'm just wondering what's happening with my mind :smashed: (I mean, I watched it last year, it's not that long ago).

I really enjoyed this and was much better than I was expecting and they are making a sequel apparently, but the kid was so annoying, I wish one of the robots had knocked him out, bit harsh??? nah not really lol
