Recommendations for a TV wall mount

So the other day I decided that I am going to consider mounting my TV on the wall above my fireplace to create some room in my apartment. I havent done any research on different types of wall mounts or anything but found out that they are a lot cheaper than I thought - there are a bunch for under $30 on amazon.com. I have a 40" Samsung LCD (not LED). If anyone has recommendations for brand or if there is a specific mount that you have used that you like, I just want to hear what everyone has to say. I think a tilt only mount will suffice (since they are cheaper and the TV wont necessarily NEED to swivel) but if someone knows of a really good tilt/swivel mount that would be helpful too.
Budget: around $70ish

Hey there bcdavis9958, I would suggest you check out Monoprice.com. They will by far have the best price on a wall mount. I've purchased over 7 wall mounts from them. 3 for my condo and 4 for friends and family's TV's I have wall mounted. Monoprice is also great for there cables!! Hope this help.
