They have just emailed and said there was a payment error for my order but that extra 1 (which I didn't order) stands

What a business practice You order 2 and an extra order for 1 gets placed. Then they email and say there is a problem with payment with the 2 and to pay for the other 1

K2DVD's CS is excellent...They explained what happened and didn't try to dumb me down...Yes, 1 unit on pre-orders.

I did the same thing....ordered 2 on accident and they fixed my order....they have great customer service!!!!!!
