My only gripe is I wish they had used the silver banner like they did with the last release. Those banners Constantin used on about 5 films are the coolest looking banners on any blu-ray steelbooks so far.

The background design is the umbrella logo, which of course, has always been white on red, NOT silver.

I hope It's just the glossy finish and camera flash/angle giving it that silver look.

If it was white, it would look like french expendable steels. Which are good too, but idk ... I still think the lighting is pretty bad in that pic (tho thankful of the pic, just saying is all ) so my guess is when she has her clothes off ... the steel, not milla ... (tho that wouldnt be bad either) that we will see better pics. I wanna see it lying down spread eagle in the flesh. (The steel ofcourse. )

Looks terrible to my eyes due to the silvery finish. I bet this won't be camera friendly or may be extremely difficult to get a proper capture with the flash on.

This is only slightly better than Resident Evil Afterlife Amazon.de which appears to look good but can't capture on camera with the flash on.

White as originally intended would of been awesome, but that high gloss silver could be pretty spectacular in hand actually. Looking forward to my copy

Just went to the German forum and there was another photograph but this time the finish looked very light in color closer to the white in the original art. So it seems just to be very difficult to capture properly with the flash...

Colors aside. What's undeniable is you have a clean front, back and inside art.this has to be complimented definitely compared to the other German releases lately especially with printed backs.

While it's a nice Steelbook, they kinda repeated the same artwork. (Front, back and inside all taken from the same scene in the movie).

Much prefer my 3D Czech edition. Awesome artwork on that one.
