What was the reason for the UK delay of this, I'd like to think that maybe it's to do with the spine (which ain't a problem for has I have a few germans one like that).

Don't forget ninjas the picture is a Czech steelbook who like the French have upside down spines, I'm confident the spine will be changed for the uk version so confident that if I'm wrong I will give away my blu fans WIR lol

I hope they do the remake and make it look similar to this one. That way one you put them next to each other they look cool.:)

The huge robocop in the model village and the font were bad enough, but the inside artwork mish mash of ED209 and Boddicker sucks even harder, this is a horrible release for such an iconic film in my opinion. Last years steelbook wasn't great either but is so much better than this effort. The only Robocop Blu Ray cover I don't mind is the original trilogy boxset as it's an unoffensive close up of Robo's face, though all fail spectacularly compared to the theatrical poster or criterion editions.

Black and white inside artwork...seems like more and more steelbooks are going this route. Disappointing. Also, the colors are straight-up dull compared to the mockup. And Robocop is still a giant walking through the city.
