Thank you for the informations Choi, but please can only confirm for now which versions we will get to buy? Lenticular, 1/4 slip, fullslip? ;)

Nothing confirmed yet.

Kimchidvd will decide which editoin and how many print run.

This groupbuy on HDN is not approved by Kimchidvd.

so I'm not sure GB owner will have Rush editon from Kimchidvd.

I'm confused how can John do a GB when it's not been approved by Kimchi? :wtf:

What Choi is saying is that it is not officially sponsored by Kimchidvd. The host takes full responsibility for the group buy and has no official ties with Kimchidvd.

I understand, but if kimchi ends up limiting the amount of copies per account for pre order, say for example (2 per account)....How is it going to be possible to fill the GB request amounts?

Also Choi said he's not sure the GB leader will have Rush from Kimchi.

So this could possibly be more limited than The Pianist? I'm referring to the lenticular copy...

If so it will definitely sellout within a day or maybe in a few hours...

Arrgh noon. That is a dodgy time for me at work might have to book that afty off :D

Actually after watching the movie last night, Love Hemsworth but it's not my type of movie... I can understand when Choi was making the comments that this won't sell as fast as a MArvel, may take 1 day or 2 to be OOP but not sure if I'll be dipping in this... Frozen Froze me out ! I'm broke.

Not that everyone will be buying this to open and watch. Many will be adding it to complete their kimchi collection / Rush collection etc, so it will still be in demand imo.

Hopefully it's there long enough for everyone who really wants a copy to get one. But I wouldn't spend too long deciding after it goes live...

I'll be buying this because I loved the movie and to add to my collection. I'm hoping to buy the 1/4 slip and full/lenti so I can open the full/lenti and keep my 1/4 slip sealed.

of course I understand all of that, that's part of being a collector, but there is different types of collectors... i do not collect every Kimchi, only those who appeals to me... I dunno I'm on the Fence with this one.

I get that.

My feeling is that a few people are underestimating how quickly this will sell out. If Amelie can clear through almost 3k in hardly any time then Rush will have no problem selling out fast.

I know of some people who don't really collect steels who are getting in on the kimchi Rush action, such is the appeal of such films / genres.

Personally, I'm adding these to my already complete collection. Love kimchi releases I do :)
