I Cause honestly? I'm getting fed up of a company just feeding the scalpers and hitting F5 at 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning to find out I didn't get an order in.

I think we all love the hunt as much as the next person.
But if you only collect for your own personal collection and a release such as this has NO limit on pre ordering.
Then you try for however long it takes to get your 1 copy, for me anyway. Then miss out.
Then see 5-10 copies on someone's eBay account......It takes all the joy out of this hobby (which it is for me)....

I don't have a sale thread here on HDN or an eBay account.
I'm buying for my own personal collection not to sell at triple the price...!!!!!

I've been banging on about the limit all day and I apologise if fellow members are sick of it. But there should be a limit on this steel as It's a highly sought after release. And god damn it scalpers get out of my way.....:alien:

EDIT: please give us (REAL /GENUINE) Collectors a better shot at getting this by limiting the pre order for the first day anyway....

Well says and totally agree 700 copies of fullslip screaming for limit in order to no more than 2 copies per account, and do not even need the whole day for this limit, the first hour would be enough.

I agree we should have a limit of 1 per variant, or at the most 2....I am not very hopeful of being able to get this, but I was able to get Thor, so maybe....

Luckily I have the UK steelbook as a back up and if I don't end up with this, I will be opening that and try to be happy with the poor cousin!! But I am not going to end up paying 150 bucks on eBay....

I just don't understand. We used to have a set of Kimchi exclusives with Lenticular and 1/4 slip. Now that has changed to Lenticular and Full slip. Oh well.

Kimchi is walking a fine line IMO. They need to go back one step back and just release 2 with numbers IMO. Amelie had 5 different steelbook releases. TOO MUCH!!!

yes without the 1/4 slip exclusive dunno what is the point, the appeal was all about the exclusivity (of course the package will be awesome) but if they go this route I just don't see the point.

Thankfully BF now is starting to really get it together(higher end finish it seems) with fabulous exclusive release coming up, and HDzeta... now Kimchi goes HIGH print run + non exclusive... I just don't feel this is appealing to me as a collector.

This hight print run is such a turn off

Kimchi should still keep it exclusive like Lenti 700 and 300 1/4 slip, this is their appeal... or at least close to that, for me...this is what I love about their release, the exclusivity. But on the other end, more money to put down on BF and HDzeta !

Problem is they had to share the run and couldn't just go 700 and 300. I would have expected a 3000 run with say 1000 for the general release and then Kimchi could spread the remaining 2000 into a Lenticular and 1/4 Slip. 1500 Lenti and 500 quarter slip would have been perfect.

There are so many steels coming out, Kimchi just cant up the run and expect to gain more market share. They may end up taking a loss on this one unless that lenticular is the Bees Knees.

Might be for Rush KO, a min run of 4000 needed to be ordered? Forget Thor 2, Frozen etc as that's a different ball game IMO.

Remember, there is a local market for this release and not just International.

3 flavours for this one is about right IMO...Amelie was just crazy...It killed my get 'em all attitude...
