Thanks JH2607.....

That's what I was looking for! ;)

Can't tell the finish by the pictures posted. Hopefully it does indeed have all the special treatment as shown. As that pushes the full slip out of the ordinary and into extraordinary...IMO :scat:

Amazing photos, they MADE MY DAY! Lets give a round of applause to KimchDVD (standing ovation)!

From The photos, the Lenti image looks really sharp, crystal clear. Im so happy! That was probably the most anticipated part of the whole package for me.

*Now, all the people who said the Lenti would turn out blurry can shut their filthy sewers and find something else to ***** about.

It would be great if Kimchi & PA would collaborate more often. It seems the collaboration allows each party focus a bit more on their respective duties, ultimately resulting in a spike in quality & creativity.

I think Im going to pop the Blu ray in tonight watch this in an attempt to scratch the itch Im feeling right now.

Now, it time to go make some money so I can suppourt this expensive habit.

if i think about the inner Artwork :(-they should have choosen the Drivers, not a sideview of a racing car, that`s what p***es me of most:thumbs: i know it`s difficult to please everyone everytime, but the Drivers should have been somewhere on the Steel, not only on the Slip-IMO

I agree. That is why I prefer the Italian steel with the great photo of the two drivers in their cars as they prepare to do battle. That inner artwork captures the essence of the film

HDN choose the Kimchi inner artwork? Well, then, HDN sh*t the bed on that one.

Well you could argue that just because a few voice their opinions about the inner artwork, it doesn't make their opinions correct. A few, against the majority that voted for that art.
I didn't by the way. :)

Completely agree. It was a shame #3 won, and by only 1.7% (6 members) over #1 too. Car on the front, car on the back, car on the inside... and the actual characters nowhere to be seen. Just think, for the lenticular version, the only way you'll see any characters is on the little extra art cards!

Anyway, it's done now - and despite the inner art, I'm looking forward to getting my copies.

I don't think we should judge the full slip yet going by the pictures posted!
We need to see close up shots in all it's beautiful nakedness to properly make a judgment. And going by the description of the finish (Spot UV Glossing,Embossing, & Hot Stamping transparent Hologram Coating) I think it's going to be spectacular, once we have it in hand.....:D

I really don't see Plain Archive letting us down.....

I hope so. Actually I ordered the fullslip because of the special printing effects and because I wanted my first embossed slipcover. I just hope they didn't forget the embossing in the production process. That would be shite:cool:

Lenti looks amazing! I had the choice between the full slip and the lenti, and thought full slip all the way! I am now unsure whether that was the right decision.

Well I'm not too fussed about the lenti myself, I'd rather have the full slip, cos it'll look way better with what I have tbh.
Let me know if you're still not big on it when you get it and maybe we can work something out...

if it was set to be embossed, it will be(it's manufactured by Scanavo Denmark, they wouldn't make such a mistake)
