Just received my 1/4 slip and have to say this is a stunning steelbook, I only bought this one so I could have the full set alongside the Kimchi's. What a decision that turned out to be quite possibly my favourite steelbook.

NEED ASSISTANCE: As anyone ever CANCELLED an order from Kimchi ? (this is not for Rush but Snowpiercer)

when I look in the ''Help'' section on Kimchi website it states that; if your order status is “Payment Completed”: The order in “Payment Completed”-status can be canceled by you at any time. In this stage, your payment has been just verified and nothing happened yet.

But my payment was not just verified, it was taken/deducted from my paypal. Will this be refunded to my paypal as well ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

You just need to send an email to Tony requesting a cancellation. If you paid by PayPal, then that's how you will be refunded.

Thanks so much, That's what i did but also found the request button on Kimchi website so did that as well, he will see that both are the same I assume.

Just a question, anybody in Canada who has used Kpacket option who has not received their copies of Rush? I am starting to get worried as my IA trilogy will be here sooner although was sent a week later..no updates to the tracking either.
