Bump. US BestBuy steelbook is G1 in size. This UK steelbook is the one to get.

I say order a UK 1 just in case. Release date is not until June 15th, so you can always cancel if the BB really is G2 (though all signs point to G1 at this juncture)...
USA factory could only make g1s until recently.
The only regular g1 blu-ray steels from europe lately are the french warner combo steels.
You should be safe.

Yeah, all the recent warner french steels are g1.
Chronicle in France is Fox, not warner.

Still my top 5 movie of this year released in theatre. Just loved it. Dezel's THE MAN! and Ryan Reynolds rocks. I can't wait to get this one. The audio in theatre was just amazing... Im hoping the blu-ray delvers in that regard.

do you know if the FOX French Chronicle steelbook is G1 sized ?
i dont like the red banner on the top right but its the cheapest Chronicle steelbook if you want it shipped to the US so i have been considering ordering that steelbook.
