Do they ship to the US? I cannot find the option. I see every country under the moon, but not US or America.

EDIT: Ok, got that part figured out "Estados Unidos". Now, it won't change the "state" selection from Mexico to the US.

I can select United States, but the "State" section won't change from Mexico to US states. So, I can't continue.

I want to buy some steelbooks from this store and ship them to Spain, but when im typing the adress It makes me put a Mexican State. Do you think this would mess up my order even though the other information I put says is going t be shipped to Spain? In spain we do not have states...

Another question, sorry if im annoying.... Do you know anything of the packaging methods of this store?

Thanks to Buffalo, I sent an email to their CS with a screen shot of what we are seeing. Looks like anyone outside of Mexico is having the issue. I've tried with IE & Firefox. I'll let you know when I hear back from them.

Packing, locally is very good protected I will assume will be the same for international orders.

I just recieved a mail from sanborns CS they told me to leve state in blanc and continue with order, give it a try and please report any error or situation here, a screen capture helps a lot too.

The packaging is actually pretty nice. I ordered the Inception Steel from them a few months ago, on another promotion, and it came in a box with bubble-wrap and it arrived in Portugal in 1 week.

ok, got one more email, if you can not set any field in blanc please fill in with any state but then sent an email with the order number and correct and complete address, at the end will be stated Estados Unidos (USA) or España, sanborns is giving a full track on this issue thru me and looking to correct this error.
