I was confused because 3rd party sellers on amazon.de don't ship to the US, so I assumed it was the same for amazon.co.uk. Guess I was wrong, doh!

Just had mine from RAREWAVES sealed and perfect
Only thing they sent it in a padded envolope luckly i rushed to the door and threw a pillow under the letter box before it landed on the floor

I'd give it more time ... there is still a window from release when a steel sells out that the retailer may order another run. So just really depends on that. ie. It could get restocked like many .de titles do.
