Yes, they are. And the blue banner is cardboard.

The red 18 is from the British censor board and the blue is the Irish censor board if that's what you were asking?

The more i see pictures of this, the more i think it is really a fantastic looking steelbook, dunno particularly what it is but something grabs my attention and draws me in each time i look at it.
