Just seems pointless to have a collectable number if you can't get your collectable number

(And I know website and GB are different. I know what a GB is and I know how karels operates with being assigned an amount each time and driving to Prague to get the copies. All that I know and get, what I don't get is why people have collectible numbers if your not guaranteed that number and why they make print runs smaller than their own incentive collectable number programme or whatever they call it)

I'm not expecting you to know the answers but I'm just saying, it's interesting and strange

there are many answers for your question but can't write here , xxxxxxx will be another grail and ebay scalpers will be very happy
