Anybody who asked for a refund and got problems with receiving it? Mine is pending for over a week now and I'm not sure what to do.. I contacted both PayPal and @EverythingBlu but I didn't get any answer from either one of them,and I can't report the problem through PayPal either for some reason.. Any suggestions what to do except for waiting for an answer from either one of them?

Just to be clear to others, contact has been made throughout the refund process with this customer. The only email they had not received an answer from was today as it was sent at 4am, so was not seen until office hours.

Not only that, but @steelbookz4eva sent the email at 4am our time, and then came here at 9am our time (only 5 hours later!) trying to kick up a fuss. The impatience knows no bounds.

Maybe you should take your own advice and just wait for an answer. God forbid you order anything from Zavvi, their turnaround time on email responses would give you a meltdown.

I wasn't making a fuss, I was supposed to get the refund a week ago already,so it made me a bit worried that I did not get it yet which you can clearly see in the first post I wrote,that's all. I'm not looking to get into an argument,but check your facts before you start bashing someone please
 
It shouldn't be considered normal but it has become the new norm for a couple of years now. And yes the very forgiving fanboys/fangirls of X and Y retailer play a part in it. But let's not forget there are many moving parts behind the scenes, many that are out of a retailer's control etc... so

Yes, complete agree there are things that are outside of retailers control. However, in this instance, testing something before announcing that it can be made and/or before preorder can be under control ridht? But yea "it shouldnt be, but it is". I know what you are saying, so...
