I'm order 1205 and i did same as most soon as it went live ordered, seems i'll be waiting awhile oh well waited this long so gets here when it gets here nothing any of us can do. box looks awesome though.

The shipping out of product would be impacted significantly if said product was a replacement for the original product if it had issues. Especially if the replacement product is not received enmasse and is trickling in several orders at a time. Been in wholesale/retail for years and have been there, done that with this scenario.

(1) Couldn't help noticing a sizeable gap between the slipped steels and the inside of the red Blubox and was just wondering if said space was occupied by the "goodies" in a sealed pouch or envelope?
Of course it's an eminently sensible idea to not have a tight fit, slips to inside of outer box, as I'm thinking rubbing could affect the finish on the delicate slips . . . but the gap still looks a wee bit strange (unless, as mentioned above, the space is filled with other stuff . . .

(2) Looks like care is required in handling the red box too as rubbing could cause an issue with the outer red faux leather coating in places leaving patches of the white under layer - such as seen here top left hand corner . . .

This is what worries me when handing money over to an unknown and unproven supplier.

This is by far one of the best looking boxes I've ever seen. Kind of gutted I've only gone for the lenti, but I don't need the box for this, no need to be greedy

They took my money 4 months ago to pay for the production and still hold them even if I do not receive anything. I'm thinking about asking for interests

I think you are seeing the plastic leaving a reflection on picture #2

@virkia indeed, it's a reflection, unwrapped now and no default on the top left (picture 1)
concerning the gap in picture 2 & 3: there're no goodies or envelopes, the inner case is thighter then the outher red case (the 2 slips aren't dancing around the box if that's what you mean).



EB asked me a lot of feedback, overall package looks very nice, made some remarks about the finishing of the folds (of the 2 slips) and the fact they're not sealed individually.

thats what's bothering me most - we didnt have the option to pay on dispatch vs pay on order.
plus, we're running out of time for paypal coverage (those of us that paid that way)....

Unfortunately I no longer have the option to make a refund request to Paypal.
If they do not want to return the money there is nothing I can do.
For me experience ended with Everything Blu and watching the poor quality of the slips I'm not too sorry for!

that said, this is my only issue with the retailer and with it being the first release am willing to try again in the future in hopes of this aspect beign vastly improved (would much rather buy UK than import)

I pre-ordered a Lenti day 1, there is still no movement for my order as well, I wonder if there is any order to sending them out, you would think UK buyers would get it first, had they done it more organised.

Oh well lets hope they improve in future, I'll put this down to it being their first serious Premium release.

Why would UK buyers get it first? Do not understand this logic at all. IMO, items should be shipped and received in the order they came in...regardless of location.

In a perfect world, they would all be shipped at varying dates and arrive on everyone's doorsteps at the exact same time.

We don't live in a perfect world. I imagine they may have to package things a little more securely for international shipping, so it might be easier to get the domestic shipments out of the way first.

There are tons of things with logistics in shipping these out. Single edition orders vs Boxes. Different shipping methods for international vs local vs EU. I still dont understand any of this nonsense and worrying. They will get all the items out as soon as they can obviously. It's not like they are purposely holding back orders

Because they're being shipped from the UK? So it makes sense for people in the UK to get them first?

Unfortunately we don't have a portal between the UK and America, so things take slightly longer to get there.

I don't understand your logic at all :-/ So you're saying if you and I ordered at the same time, resulting in same day shipping, that we should receive them at the same time? How so? I'm only a couple of hours drive down the road from where they're being shipped from, whereas you are a 12 hour flight.

Do you also have this hang up when you order stuff from Zavvi?

PayPal for uk claims upto 180 days you be alright so far.

I´m not worried about not getting it or something, but I think it´s frustrating for most of people mainly because it was unexpected to be delayed even after release day! It´s totally understendable to get delays before the release day, especially for a first exclusive release and newcomers on the market. But honestly who did expect such a delays during the shipping? Normally you get your item shipped around the day of release, but I never experienced delay like this, it´s been 6 days since release now and still lot of people didn´t get any update. It´s something really unique, not common, and that´s why it is so frustrating. I don´t really care when I get it now, my frustration went through to lax/laid-back stage I just sayin´ that I totally understand that frustration about that.

Btw that gap in Blu box between the edges and slips looks weird. I prefer perfect fit with no gap as in FAC hardboxes. Outside of blu box looks stunning though
