Yes they are. I called them of course but lady just told me nothing new, only what I can read by my tracking number as well, so pointless I will go ask tomorrow to my local office, but there was no point to go there today as the package is on its way to Utrecht.
DHL Saying estimated delivery in Atlanta is end of day today. Tracking just updated and said it departed the facility in East Midlands UK at 20:54. I don't think it's gonna be delivered today lol

If you paid january 6th you have until july 5th to claim a refund if you used Paypal, just a heads up. My order finally shipped after I went thru Twitter and bugged them 3 times, they replied quickly saying it will ship the next day but it never did... Took 8 days until I was promised it would ship "the next day".
Just happy if it arrives unharmed at all now

As EB is pretty much a one man part time wanderer, they needed all the help they could get to begin with and needed the forum to promote themselves. It's as if they started this project with hardly any capital and grabbed all the cash first like you said, sucked us in. Then went tits up and now left as fast as they could with a huge sack of cash. Their last response was these will be done by the bank holiday weekend (end of the 9th day of dispatch date). LOL. Now it's 21 days...
Yeah, I care about the shipping delay and all that but I am more interested in this "tits up" reference. Is that a British expression? It's creative and gives much pleasure to this reader.

British, yes, although seen in print in Canada in the 1970's and now seen in Hong Kong China on the Manta Lab logo . . .
The more recognisable expression though is "belly up" for a company that's gone bust or is "dead in the water" (bloated dead fish reference).
"Tits up" also commonly used in relation to the variety of tits that we have here in the U.K. (the most commonly seen in our gardens undoubtedly being the blue tit although others such as the great tit and the long-tailed tit are not uncommon). The blue tit seen here just happens to be the prettiest and cutest tit of the tit family and we say "tits up" when we see them taking off from a branch or some such and they are up in the air and even when they alight high up such as here in front of a security camera:-
. . . but, seriously, like with the earlier expression "belly up", it's a direct reference to a dead animal which as we all know is usually found on its back hence "belly up" or "tits up". An equally unpleasant reference is to a drowned female who will be found on her back hence "tits up" due to the extra body fat on her front as opposed to a drowned male who will usually be found face down and despite the "18" certification for Hitchcock's late period 1970s London-set film FRENZY the earliest (female) necktie murder victim was seen floating face down for obvious modesty reasons.
"Tits up" terminology also familiar to students of architecture and to fans of impressive buildings with the most famous example of "tits up" architecture being the Carlton Hotel, Cannes, S. of F recognisable in several films including another from Hitch - TO CATCH A THIEF - starring Cary Grant and Grace Kelly.:-
. . . with twin cupolas reputedly designed to resemble the breasts of Caroline Otero - a famous early 20th cent. "fille de joie".

If you want a two lines sentence response instead, as @Sigill has said, yes british expression lol
A less toned meaning means when things go 'pear shaped'. It's great isn't it?
Yes, just a bit of harmless fun . . . light relief if you will (cough, cough).
I wasn't going to go with the Dusky Tit, the Grey Tit, the Stripe-Breasted Tit, the Yellow Tit, the Japanese Tit, the White-Fronted Tit, the Elegant Tit (yes, seriously), the Crested Tit or even the Black-Breasted Tit for obvious reasons.
