Word of caution from an UK HDN Member about HMV (thanks VRob98)

HMV now in administration said:
People should just be aware of 2 things:
1) If you receive a damaged or faulty copy from now on, you will not receive a replacement or refund
2) If they charge your card and are then unable to fulfil your order, you will not be refunded.

The way a company operates whilst under administration is quite different to how it operates normally, and certain consumer rights are suspended. If anything goes wrong you would have to apply to the administrator or claim against your credit card issuer.

I'd encourage everyone who has orders in with HMV to consider the above, as I'd hate to see anyone here lose their money in all of this.

I love it!!!

Credits: Asushi, posted more artwork in the past from other releases and all came true. Reliable source. :)
Only just spotted this post... thanks Pieter!

I wouldn't mind this artwork, but then I don't mind the temp art either. I think I like this one slightly more though. :)

Some embossing/debossing on that gold title would go down a treat too! Not that I can see that happening though. :(

Yes, we need debossing on this one. The Film title and Bond logo, will look so good if debossed.

We have seen too much embossing these days. Glad to see Play.com is now more moving on to the debossing style. Really we need more debossing, the German Contraband steelbook was also a beauty. :)

We need to contact Sony about this, if we can? :)

I'm on the fence as I've always loved the poster art, but this does have its appeal. Would be great if they used both and had one as back art.

Would sort of blend in with the Goldeneye one too.

My thoughts exactly! We should all bombard HMV with messages on Facebook/Twtiter demanding that they politely ask the film distributors to give this the special treatment. :D

Which company is handling the Steelbook release? When Fox and MGM teamed up, the results were great but I believe this is Sony and MGM. Sony do solid Steelbooks, but they don't often have embossing or debossing (I remember reading that they never do this but then I recalled The Green Hornet which has some of the best embossing/debossing out there). It would be a shame as it would be nice with a bit of debossing.
