Best Buy is known to put a pending charge on cc's on orders before they ship, especially if an item is back ordered. It happened to me with the Salt steelbook and the 2 for $22.98 deal. I ordered the day the thread was created. Either your friends order is back ordered or it will be shipping soon.

Thank you very much for the answer darczap, also thanks to chipvideo, and Wreck for their messages, I´m the friend that DarkKnight was talking about, and well I finally received an e-mail from Best Buy, not the news I was hoping for, like darczap mention, my order is back ordered, and I wanted to ask you if there´s a good chance on them to complete the order, I mean ship it, because I´m worry that at the end of 2 weeks(that they mention it will take to them to ship the order) they will inform me that they couldn´t get more units and that my order has been canceled I really hope this is not the case.

Anyway, I´ll wait patiently this two weeks, hoping to received the shipping confirmation

Well I never updated my story, but I´m glad to say that it has a happy ending I´m now a proud owner of this steelbook, it took exactly a month to be ship(I placed my order on Jan. 16 and the steel was sent on Feb.16) but I finally have my favorite Disney movie in a steelbook
