Hope I have this in the right place. I'd like to get some hard cases for my more valuable steels. They seem hard to get. A seller on Ebay Germany is selling them, but won't ship to Canada. but was unable to get any. Can anyone help?

I just saw someone on EBay selling the sleeves (not the hard shells): 20 for $9 free ship from USA. It's a little pricey but the fact that it's shipped from US, so I don't have to wait for that long for it makes up for the price.

Just received my SCF1 from steelbook central. Overall i really like them they do the job for everything i have except Up Blufans, just to tight. Still looking for something that would work with the thicker blufans slipcover steelbooks.

I have the shells from Moviestyle.fr, they've recently slightly increased the size to accommodate slips. These nicely fit my blufans (Face Off, Oz etc)

Yea they probably recently increased the size and 100 of the slips that I bought from them last year is a big waste! I can't fit any of my sealed ones. From now on I will order from Kimchi...

Anyone in the U.S. have a good recommendation in getting protective covers (hard or soft plastic) for sealed/J-carded/slip-covered steelbooks?

I recently bought some premium wraps (SBPWP100) from Steelbook Central, but they are too tight for these type of steels.

Definitely wont fit these.

They definitely do fit, as I have a them on these very steels with slip cards etc. Moviestyle late last year increased the size marginally to accommodate slips, which they never used to.

And yes they ship worldwide!!

I have well over a 100 of both the the old and new types and the newer types will fit normal slipcase SBs unless they are very thick

Funnily enough there were complaints from people who open their SBs about the new ones being too big for open steelbooks so Bidou reintroduced the old type as an option so now he sells both the small old type and the newer wider type.

They fit my kimchidvd Terminator 2 slip and I tried it with it still sealed and it was OK, it does stick out the front of the protective case by about 1mm though due to the T2 slipcase.

I'll put a few photos up later today when I've got more time.

As for the UP 2D I don't own it but if it's a normal slipcase it should be OK.

Thank you, because the ones i got from steelbook central fit everything i had including the T2 Kimichi no problem, just no way on UP. So not don't if i want to take a chance as it might not work either.
