Hope I have this in the right place. I'd like to get some hard cases for my more valuable steels. They seem hard to get. A seller on Ebay Germany is selling them, but won't ship to Canada. but was unable to get any. Can anyone help?:(

I just tried out the SCF2 for Novamedia's full slip of Captain America: The Winter Soldier. It fits well on the length and depth, but there is about 3-4 millimeters of extra space on the width.

Does anyone know any huge steelbook covers, I need them for my walking dead jumbos, the steelbook Central ones are far too tight can't even get one in it and the other was far too tight for my liking :(

It's a shame the Steelbook Central new SCF2's are too small because they are amazing for my kimichi's.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Are the walking dead jumbos bigger then normal jumbo steelbooks? Not heard of a jumbo that does not fit in the Sc6 slipcover

I don't know but as I said for my personal liking it's an incredibly tight squeeze. All the other steelbook covers from Steelbook Central are brilliant, I use them for everything else .

However for me the Sc6 are far too tight, does anyone know of anything bigger? :('

Do you have other sealed jumbos like hobbit or LOTRS? These slide in easy sealed. There are no other slipcovers on the market that are bigger you would have to use plastic wraps.

ah well thanks anyway, the scf1's from you are awesome for my other ones

Is there any way that we could get a list of the inner dimensions of each slip cover? I think that it would significantly simplify the process of finding the correct size slip cover for a particular SteelBook.

I put my sealed Walking Dead S3 and S4 in SC's Jumbo (SC6) and it fits perfectly imo... (actually better than the blu-steel ones from Germany.

I find it pretty comical and it has happened a number of times in this particular thread when people say
"... I have such and such a steelbook and for their personal liking it doesn't fit or is too tight..." and people jump on and say "...well mine fits perfectly.."

It seems to happen a lot, that's great but for my liking it's far too tight. Perhaps the ones I got were the tiniest bit smaller or something but I can't even get WD Season 3 inside, it's the tightest squeeze, so I didn't even push it in, I don't want to damage it, and that's unsealed.

I am sorry but I have seen it over and over again, when people say it, it's not a personal insult to anyone it's just a personal feeling. :)

Moving back to topic, @KingSteelie have you any plans to do other types of protectors, like boxes for funko pop vinyl? :)

Might be because there have been different versions of each type of case? Don't know if the sizes actually change though.

From now on... :censored: lol

I am assuming that is also the case and I do know some people that have WD and it fits but the ones I just don't :(

I am hopeful eventually they will do like the new Scf2's even bigger for jumbos as I really prefer totally enclosed.

Lol, the sizes do not change as tooling is made for each slipcover and we have only ever had made 1 batch of SC6 slips

The SC6 does not and has not changed in size but maybe you prefer a looser fit then most people where the steelbook does not touch the sides. The new SCF3 will be a fully enclosed jumbo slipcover but these still might be a little tight for you

It would also be an easy way for people to copy our slipcovers, I believe this is why no other seller has ever published sizes.

I still think this could be simplified by posting the inner dimensions of each protective cover in micrometres. That way people could just messure their SteelBooks and match them to the best fitting cover, rather than having countless people ask if each individual steelbook fits a certain cover, how tight it is, if there are any better fits, etc..
