Hope I have this in the right place. I'd like to get some hard cases for my more valuable steels. They seem hard to get. A seller on Ebay Germany is selling them, but won't ship to Canada. but was unable to get any. Can anyone help?:(

Does anyone know of a case that would fit some unusual slips?

I'd love to box up the slip for my Frozen UE Blufans and my Blufans Iron Man and my KimchiDVD Iron Man.

The only thing that annoys me about the new scf1's is the film over the top it is irritating to get off, i personally don't think it's needed

We used to get complaints about scratches on the slipcovers, so we wanted to do something about it. You usually get the odd scratching when they are being manufactured but to try and improve on this we introduced the protective film. For me personally as a collector the odd light scratches did not bother me but everyone is different. The protective wrap is very easy to take off, so we thought this would be a good upgrade on the previous design.

I for one like the protective cover ;o also @KingSteelie blufans walle full slip "fits" into a scf1. I had to wiggle it around to make it go in. Closed it up and felt it was just too tight of a fit for me. Hopefully I didn't damage it. So in a f2 it goes.

Looking forward to your scf3s.....:)

We had bought them from you before the film and they were always fine, for me personally the film is fairly fiddly to get off.

We thought the old SCF1's were good but the new ones are super thick and awesome

I think the film is brilliant, peals off in seconds and leaves the case looking perfect. I HATE marks or finger prints even on my slips. Current SC2's should NOT be tinkered with any further.

This thread makes me laugh if one person says it's hard someone jumps in and says it's easy, if one person says it's too tight another says it's fits perfectly, it's not a competition, no one is trying to make them feel bad often quite the opposite.

The film is (unnecessary I feel) but i guess does protect the plastic, but to describe it as brilliant?

I love the jumbo polybags because they're good for digipacks and thicker slipcovers and slipboxes. But does anybody know where I can get ones that are even wider? I've got a bunch of digipacks and boxsets that could do with some protection, but they're either just a little bit too big for the jumbos or need another 2cm or so. I know they have to exist somewhere because I've got some Japanese editions (they sure love their polybags) which come in a sleeve the size I'm after.

I'm thinking of using comic bags, but I can't get the ones with a resealable strip here and they're almost too big so it seems like a waste.

Hi Kingsteelie, today i ordered a 100 package of the SCF1 version, i just want to ask if in the future you guys are going to accept paypal on your actual site as you do on ebay, i'm asking coz it was a nightmare for me to go credit card...it went trough until i called the bank to tell them it was ok to process it....at one point i was kind of like ordering on ebay but it was more expensive...lol ...i dont know if anybody has had this problem but i just wanted to ask....:)

@KingSteelie I just noticed that you guys now have 2 more kinds of stands, large and extra large. Are they new? I'm pretty sure I didn't see them when I got my small ones a few months ago. I see they are for full slips. Which one size do you recommend for full/lenti slips, is large enough?

I can tell you that I knocked my stand just a tad and my full slip toppled over and fell off lol. It was on the small stand though, the large ones would hopefully hold them better? Thanks :)

Hi,

Sorry we don't offer paypal on the website at the moment because it's very expensive compared to other payment methods. We wanted to keep the price on our website as low as possible for customers. The website is cheaper then our eBay shop as there are no eBay and paypal fees to pay. Paypal also charge cross border transfer fees, for orders outside the UK, so it can get expensive. We have orders on our website all the time with no problems, if you have to contact your bank it's usually random checks by your card issuer.
