I really liked this film, but would not get this steel, happy with the original, although dull its Ok, strange they are re-releasing another steel so quick, not really a box office breaker was it.

Nothing new or fresh about the artwork used here for this steelbook and slipcase but that's OK . . . and with so many excellent images available from the original poster artwork available for inspiration I'm not surprised they decided to recycle them here up to five years after they were first used.

Having grown up reading C.S. Lewis and Tolkien (and watching the original STAR TREK shows) I'm a confirmed fan of this type of mythical escapist fantasy nonsense.

I hope they dont ship them in a bubble envelope ..they did it few time, so my orders didnt survive the delivery.

I didn't even realise this was a re-release, I assumed it was an old thread when I first saw this. A perfectly decent steel already exists for this "ok" movie, so another release seems a bit pointless to me.

I haven't got this so I'm deffo going to get it. I think most people will get it purely as it comes with a slip cover as well haha

I'm personally very intrigued to see what the slip will be like and it would be great if Zavvi started doing them for more steels imo

Yeah I suppose that's a good point. It would have taken a lenti slip to get me to double dip on this one though.
