It's a mix.

The English actors speak English and the Korean actors speak Korean - but with subtitles in English (which I believe was missing on the French release, but I'm not sure as I don't personally own it).

I mean on the extras. I know the movie is mixed.

Consider yourself lucky then. Even Drum said around 90% or more had chips that he saw and he saw alot!!!
