They just make me wonder, how cool it would be, to have BD UMDs with movies in such small steelbooks, if the format was popular, in a parallel reality.
As is, companies could place a stack of small character cards inside, or something like that. NOT stupid pins though, like ToC.

Oh, wow, yes! I missed them entirely, didn't know of their existence. Seeing images now, indeed they're awesome, and exactly what I meant and wanted - separate releases with movies, albeit digital copies here.
NovaMedia did a similar silver metal Continental card for their John Wick 3 4k steelbook.
