Holy Holofoil Batman, that’s beautiful! Not surprised as this releases was made for the holofoil treatment.

Interesting how the saturation on the Best Buy steel is better than on the KOR one.
The colors and black levels have been better on most US SteelBooks for a while.

With it being a WWA steel though, why are the colours different?
In reality they probably aren't much different, they just appear better saturated and more vibrant due to the gloss finish. It's the artwork design that makes it a wwa, not the finish. Finishes often vary with the USA vs ROW, particularly with disney titles.

It sucks, that's the truth of it. It's a sad fact that collectors have to order from half way round the world to get a slightly better version of essentially the same bloody steelbook though :(
Yeah that’s sucks. As if the pain of double dipping bad hard enough, now you’ve got no choice! Haha

They use different manufacturing plants. I don’t know if they use different standards, or think it’s preferred by their markets.

It’s not a huge difference, but side by side, I’ve always preferred the colors of the US Disney/Marvel/Pixar SteelBooks. The US releases have brighter colors and deeper black levels. The non-US releases look duller, in comparison.

Even if the WWAs use the same artwork, the finishes, embossing/debossing, titles, or even the zoom of the artwork can differ. An example of the latter is the last Thor SteelBook.
