Stupid questions. How are the maniacs box and the individual editions numbered relatively? The maniacs box is limited to 400 while the individual editions to 500. Does FA make 900 copies of each edition and split them accordingly? If not, are the copies in a maniacs box numbered at all or just the outer box is? I mean, you can't really have #1 on the E1 in the maniacs box and the another #1 on the individual E1, can you?

Maniacs Boxes are Numbered on the Box itself and as well each edition E1 + E2 + E3 + E5B(Un-Numbered) will be numbered the same as the Box itself.
They do change the writing on each edition numbering card and sticker(bottom of the Slip) stating that this numbered edition comes from the maniacs Box (The numbering card will reflect this)

now FA does their numbering editions differently. Usually a Retailer would start numbering the individual remaining copies starting after the numbered of Boxsets they make,
for example; all other retailers, if they make 500 Boxsets: all editions in the Boxset will be numbered up to 500 - and they will Start numbering the remaining individual copies starting at number 501 etc...

FOR FilmArena Collection;

They will not start numbering individual copies sold outside of the Box, after the number of box made.
They Start Numbering the individual copies starting at 000 again.
So depending on the print run, they will number each edition from 000 until the number of copies they put out.

For Spider-Man, they will number

Maniacs Boxset E4 = 000 to 400
E3 = 000 to 400
E2 = 000 to 400
E1 = 000 to 400
E5B = Un-Numbered

Individual Copies numbered

E3 = 000 to 500
E2 = 000 to 500
E1 = 000 to 500

hope this helps and not too confusing :thumbs:

PS: it is difficult to tell the Print run exactly as they press Un-Numbered amount of Steelbooks for E5A and E5B

Fac numbered editions are numbered differently. Each edition, including E4, start their own sequence. So in this case e1 Is 000-500. E2 is 000-500. E3 is 000-500. E4 is 000-400, with the individual editions indicating they are part of a maniacs box, I.e. an e3 might say maniacs box 399 of 400.

Or what @Actarus said ^^^^^^ lol Sorry, didn't see your post before I posted mine!! Just one little caveat, It's 501 and 401 copies but not to 401/501. For @eau, that is because FAC start numbering at 000 while other retailers start at 001.

seems most people who wanted a copy here, got one, which makes me happy :)

Either that or those who missed out are not voicing it... hopefully it’s the former
That was the whole point in staggering the GB's as they did, more opportunity for members to purchase a copy (not the 1 copy GB we first thought :wacky:). Must've been restocked at least what, 3-4 times? So hopefully enough opportunity to grab a copy if one wanted one and was keeping tabs on this thread/the GB section. Even the E2, which seemed to be the fastest sell out at the beginning, had copies available last I checked before the GB's closed.

E2 & E3, 27 copies sold total, E1 > 16, E4 > 11. Which actually, thinking about it, is not a lot at all for a WEA GB, so no wonder our allocation has been capped here @ HDN (n)

Holy moly! @Dazzler_31117
Which of your MCU collections is the largest? And how many different editions would this be?

FFH will have the most once Filmarena set, E3 and Blufans OAB (hopefully) arrives but Civil War is up there too.

To answer your second question...

Too many! lol

FFH i'll have 19 seperate editions.
Don't forget though, I no longer collect other genres other than the odd ones like IT.

We all share the same hobby, we just all approach it in different ways.

Only just seen the beauty shots for this!

Not feeling any of those slips at all except the back of E3 and the illustrated art on back of the hard box. Mainly for being different to same designs being used everywhere (That tacky one with the stickers on his face, the 3 in a line or spidey badly photoshopped amongst a landmark). Plus those 2 arts look cool.
I also like that one of them comes with the fan arts on art cards. Nice touch. And some are really decent like the ones given away on prints at the odeon cinemas

The slips in the Maniacs boxes are numbered just like the box itself. The difference with the loose editions, though, is slips in the Maniacs boxes have numbered stickers with the word Maniacs on it. With that said, the loose editions are separate from the Maniacs boxes. So there actually will be 3 loose slips with #1 and 3 more slips with #1 in a Maniacs box, but the Maniacs editiions with #1 will have the word "Maniacs" on the numbered sticker.
