Deep spine slash on mine right through the shrink wrap. My store was sold out when I got there after work.

Mine got double slashed. Thankfully I haven't opened it yet, so it's going back.

I got one online that appears to be in good shape. I never trust Best Buy so I usually order one for in store pick up and a couple for shipping. I keep the best one and return the rest.

It was like Logan all over again at all my best buys. 95% of them had spine slashes and the others had paint chips

This was only available online at Best Buy Canada but the spine slashes were there too. Right through the plastic.

I got lucky. Swapped out my first 4k copy with 2 spine slashes for the last copy (and 4k) at my BB. Not slashes or dents or chips. Wish it was glossy, but otherwise a nice steel.

One thing that upset me about the release of the these is the price drop that I missed out on. I knew when I purchased it for the high dollar amount that I would regret it. However, these really do look nice.

The original run was matte and no embossing with inside art. I would hope they would at least offer that same minimum if they’re charging full price again.

So this is the exact same copy as the original or do we know yet? Also in store only no online purchasing, I don't remember this happening with any previous release?
Unless this is like when they did a 2nd print run of Logan but it was different, in that case I'm not interested. However if it's the same as the orignal without any difference I'm all over this.

Apparently they will be on a cardboard standee with other titles. Probably about 4 copies of each. Some stores already have them out. That's all I know. Except that if you're interested in getting a copy you should probably get there...yesterday.

Seems to be - sometimes Best Buy will put things on sale randomly and this feels a bit like that.
