At the very least....at least there are amaray editions in 3D - you can always get that, and put the 3D disc in one of the steelbooks....

That store sells a ton of steelbooks from India. So that is most likely where it is from. They show that they are based in the US.
I've noticed in the past they also have steelbooks from India in formats that aren't released elsewhere.
They also have a Venom 3D steelbook which they have sold 94 of lol.
They also carry some complete format steelbooks including Spider-verse (4K+3D+Blu-ray)
They have a lot of 3D steelbooks.
