No... once again:
Steelarchive has nothing to do with Plain Archive - except for the movie-related passion. :)
They are two completely different companies. ;)
HaHa! Thanks, man! I was trying to figure out what he meant by that!! (I thought maybe I missed something, and SteelArchive was distributing PA since it is distributing FilmArena stuff).

I'll totally support them and I'm really excited for their first release but I still don't get why they was not more creative with finding a name to go with.
It's so close to Plain Archive for a company who want to produce and sell exactly the same products. There will often be confusion and I think PA will also not be happy with it.

It's not unusual, and not the first time. Some may not know The Cohen Collection. It is a company that has for years been in direct competition for the rights to classic films with Criterion Collection. I'm sure there will be more instances of companies with the names 'Archive', 'Collection', 'Vault', etc.

and the sad thing is, 60 copies will go on ebay, 40 to collectors lol

everyone will write 'SUPER LIMITED ULTRA MEGA RARE OOP 100 COPIES EVER MADE' to jack the prices up.

@monsterzebra @DuckDogers will this be limited to 1 or 2 etc. per person? Please tell me it will be.

Can't tell about a order limit actually, but only because i haven't asked about that until now - but i'm pretty sure he's aware of these scalping-f***s ... sorry, i mean these "problems", so he will do the best to bring the item to those, who really want to own it only. :)

PUBLIC INFORMATION:

The shop site will be down until August 5th, due to maintenance and further tests of stability. :)
Please do not hesitate if you can't access their site until then, everything will be fine once the site is back up and running again.

...and no, i'm not talking about "Novamedia-server-fine", i mean the real "fine" as we know it.

I hope so! I've posted in here, on the other site's thread, and have commented/left feedback on all the Facebook postings! This is one of my most anticipated releases of the year!

Thanks for the heads up about the site. I thought this was going on pre-order on August 1st for some reason. Glad to know I have an extra week to save up money!

With only 100 copies worldwide- we may all walk away with our money still in our pockets...(n)

Not the best move to restrict to who he thinks deserves a copy...

I'm sure every company holds back copies for friends/regular customers/etc. Even though this is the first Steel Archive Exclusive, @DuckDogers been running the Steel Archive store for a while now, stocking FilmArena and other Germany steelbooks. So he has a customer base already.
