Product Details on zavvi say 1 Disc whist Play.com version was 3 Discs. If the product details are true then it has to be a reprint.

My second thought was poor Zoneism.

Didn't Wreck allude to the fact that a lot of the Play originals had been damaged and therefore couldn't sell?

Maybe this explains the reprint.

If this isn't the reason they're reprinting it and they will be reprinting every god damn Play.com sold out steel, then it is really terrrible news.

I doubt this will be a reprint.

There was always likely going to be something, somewhere with the new film coming out.

I knew of it, but found out too late to put any stopping to it. (If I even could have...) I have much better relation now with zavvi and I'll try to do my best to stop re-releases with same art going forward.

In any case, its not 3 disc, its not gonna be heavy gauge steel like the old quality titles. And we'll see about gloss. Probably not heavy gloss like the old.

It gives collectors a chance to have a nice piece of steelbook art. I'm not too worried. The FS and UK 1st releases will always rule! And I got em both.

Thanks for the info Wreck. Whatever it is, it means I can completely stop looking for the first release at a reasonable price. I'm damned if I'm paying those prices when this is out for £15 with the same movie.
