Had a payment problem.. contacted Paypal but they were of no use, a payment expires after 30 days.. Contacted Zavvi via email because their phonenumber doesn't seem to work or even exist..Told them not to cancel my order but help me in changing the payment option from paypal to cc, and they just cancelled my order even though I literally said not to do that.. Now it's gone and I can't order it again because it's been sold out for months.. F*CKERS! Both Zavvi and Paypal just lost a loyal customer!

I ordered it back in February (I think, whenever it was announced) and paid by Paypal. I don't exactly know how it works, but mine was posted yesterday.

Why do you pay by paypal ? (Simple question)

It's a long story.

It was the first time I'd used Zavvi. I tried entering my CC details and got a 'card issue' message. I tried again with a different postcode (as I'd moved and never updated the deatils) with the same issue. I tried a third and final time with no space between my initials (as it appears on the card) and still the same problem. I didn't want to miss out so I went for the Paypal option.

What I later found out was that each time I'd tried to put the CC details on Zavvi they'd done a 1p check to make sure it was valid. When I went the next day to pay my rent, my card was declined because the issuer though someone had been tring to abuse it. Absolute nightmare!

Since then, I received Mission: Impossible I-III and Zavvi accepted my CC as there was nothing wrong with the details the first time.

Got despatch for my copies.
