There are two different order descriptions for each Steelboook:

1. Star Trek XI - Zavvi Exclusive Limited Edition Steelbook [Blu-ray]
2. Star Trek XI - Exclusive Limited Edition Steelbook [Blu-ray]

No 1 (The 'Zavvi Exclusive') is the black one.

And this is not the steelbook but just giving you idea on how it would look with the front and back. ie. giving the collector the choice of which side they want as front so you can switch the plates.

Mine arrived this morning.
Be warned, this definitely looks like a scratch magnet. So be careful when cleaning fingerprints. Use alcohol and a lens cloth.

Received email saying Zavvi has problems with my paypal payment even tho I chose to pay via credit card and now I got another email saying they cancelled my order because of this!

This usually happens when your card has bounced/expired/lacks funds. Happened to me a couple of times, usually just go in and rectify the problem and they carry on as normal.

High gloss finish. Fingerprint and scratch magnet.

Like War Of The Worlds and other high gloss Black Steelbooks, the paint has the possibility of scuffing very easily. My copy has several fine horizontal scratch like marks on the back.

Rule of thumb: matte finishes chip easily, glossy finishes scratch easily.

my advice would be, dont scratch or chip your steelbooks. refrain from scratching them or eating them or throwing them either!
