Mine's got three dents in the back - not visible or noticeable until I removed the j-card! Grrr!!Just received this in the post. Great steelbook, glossy and title debossed .... but covered in surface scratches!!!! I've had to phone them and order a replacement. Unsure if it is to do with the wrapping process, but with it being dark and full gloss it has shown up loads (and I mean loads) of scratches. Such a shame as it's a really nice steelbook.
I'm still awaiting a response to my first complaint. How did you contact them?Not happy.... again! My second (replacement) copy from Zoom arrived today ... no surface scratches but a big dent on the front .
They are now going to send a 3rd copy... fingers crossed!

Is your order listed as cancelled in your order historyZavvi just cancelled by order and i ordered it as soon as it went live 2 days later they cancel it. And yet you can still place an order anyone else order this and has it been dispatched?
I got an email yesterday saying it was going to be canceled ie no stock and it was not canceled in my account but they have now shows canceled in my account. Lol i just went and ordered another if these clowns dont have any they take it off website. What bugs me is i ordered it two days ago when it went live.Is your order listed as cancelled in your order history
If your order is still listed as processing in your order history then it has not been cancelled
