I was tempted to order the villian one because of the lil ship... but seeing as I dont have the enterprise set from the first movie, I ordered this one. It has a better design anyways.

Not sure why they are charging when I place an order, as it specifically states on my Orders page that I won't be charged until the item is sent out. I've emailed ES to see what the deal is, as it seems a bit annoying to have to pay for this item two months early.

I haven't been charged yet and (hopefully) won't be anytime soon. They should not charge you until a week before the release. If you have been charged it should say "processing in warehouse" in your order details. I have been charged a couple of times when I pre-ordered from them before like a couple of months before release date (for H&G & G.I Joe), but I think this was down to Play.com rather than ES.

I think I was charged as it was first time I saw visa verification page when placing my order.
Edit: just checked my play account and say preordered so I guess they haven't taken payment

lower price because of doubled print run (4,000) but when u factor in other retailers with the same steelbook (BluFins have one already) i wonder what the real worldwide print is :movie:

Ordered, but it's way out of my price range. I don't even have anything to watch 3D! Has ES ever been known to price drop before release?

I heard they take payment near despatch, but few members have said that they're payment was taken early.
Well I order 2 copies of gi joe and payment was taken about a week after preordering, this was may I think..
