Naughtius is just pointing out there is a wealth of information already available if someone would take the time to explore the forums a bit more.
Otherwise the thread would just fill up with people repeating the same questions.
Will see if the postman comes knocking on my door today.got a feeling though,that it will arrive on Monday.

Why, release date is Monday ?
One of my copies arrived just as I was leaving the house for a gig. Others should be here by now, along with my Villain ship edition.
And I can appreciate that completely. But for all the hassle I'd have thought 'play box' or 'jiffy bag' would have been easier and much concise than trawling through 300 pages.
Anyway, back on topic. Hope mine arrives today been looking forward to watching it again and the pics above make it look terrific!!
Anyone know what packaging ES use btw?
The Why is simple enough
1 they shipped out on Tue 27th this is now Sat 31st thats plenty of time for delivery
2 he paid enough to expect it by Saturday and most importantly
3 the longer it stays in the hands of the delivery services the more chance of something happening.
I am in the same boat as nekromantik and just as unhappy I am waiting on both the single & Villain Edition and it looks like no delivery now either

Agreement. PLUS the release date is 02/09/2013, posted to recieve for release date, cant see the postman delivering at 12.01am can I...so dont fire cheeky remarks back at someone who paid over and above for an item which they were informed would receive for a specific date. Bad manners fella.

I agree to some extent but.
It says All pre-orders are shipped so you receive your item on the day of release therefore it a bonus not a requirement to get it on staurday 2 full days before release.
I havn't got it today I am abit disappointed yes but that the way the cookie crumbles.

I got mine today...though a family member who ordered did not.
do think it's an awesome steelbook.
the border isn't that bad, obviously the imagery was possibly better suited to a flat finish but it doesn't detract from the art. it's a nice spiritual successor to play's original star trek steelbook.

I think that it's just the expectation of a Saturday delivery that some feel is misguided. I get that a Tuesday dispatch should probably have arrived by now, but what you have to remember is that no premium entitles you to receive a pre-order before its release date, and the fact that we often do can only be viewed as a bonus.
If you want my advice, then by all means hope for early delivery, just never expect it.
