Amazon UK I'm not happy with this has anyone noticed delivery times with amazon recently got poor compared to previous orders

Previous Oblivion was dispatched on a Monday instead of a Sunday and took 3 Days

All previous orders I had were dispatched on a Sunday and delivered in 2 Days

Received it yesterday, but was a bit of a letdown.. don't like the embossing/debossing & the glossy finish, would have preferred a matte one that looks more like the poster (like the oblivion uk steelbook). Anyone know of a release with this artwork that isn't glossy & embossed?

Out of curiosity did you use your own address or the old BT trick, if you used your own address amazon have really slipped up big time, they used to ship on sunday evening alright and you would have to wait no longer than the following wednesday to get it....

I used my own address as usual I noticed this change started with Oblivion
not shipping on a Sunday

I always got Delivery before on a Tuesday without fail all previous pre orders were dispatched on a Sunday

Oblivion Dispatched on 19 Aug did not arrive until the Thursday 22

No delivery yet I better have delivery Tomorrow Friday
I will be contacting Amazon soon to complain as its not like them and its bad choice they have made to do this in my opinion

it isn't glossy, it's matte!

439 left was about 550 odd this morning, anyway I've just caved and gone for one. Already own the ES hero one but the bossing on this one is too cool to resist

Received mine down under. As much as I like the artwork of the steel, can't say I'm a fan of the finish. Feels kind of cheap to me. Just my thoughts on it.

Amazon UK used to be always 2 days delivery for pre order

They better still have replacements in stock as if I don't get this by Monday/Tuesday next week I will be wanting a replacement sent out

Agreed, superb movie. Fantastic 3D as well. I think the entire STID release (all versions) was a bit of a mess.
