I'll probably will buy all of the sequels and stories just to have a nice matching set and then sell my previous steels to make some room in my collection as I am not that fussed about having 2s of the sequel trilogy

Blufans is China has nothing to do with Disney UK releases decisions.

All 9 skywalker saga films and both A star wars story films are getting 4K UHD steelbooks in UK using original poster artwork.
Total 11 films

The next batch will be the sequel films or the A Star Wars Story films

Force Awakens has not had a 4K UHD release on its own yet in UK its only available as part of the 4K Skywalker Saga Box Set

Hint Previous UK 2D Blu-ray Steelbook of Force Awakens was not using original poster artwork
