The faces on the steelbook look too yellow to me. Looks like they all have jaundice or are sickly in some way (Note: Carrie Fisher died not long after photo was taken). My doctor collects steelbooks also and his diagnosis is definitely jaundice. Unless it's just the photography.

Not sure if this is some sort of sick joke? Carrie completed another Star Wars movie before she died, and didn't die of jaundice.

If your doctor seriously says his diagnosis is jaundice for the people pictured in a photoshopped image on a steelbook then I would very seriously consider changing to another doctor as soon as you can.

If you look at the beauty shots in the OP the double lenti edition is the only one with 3 discs.
