Yeah, my friend posted it from Toronto Saturday morning and it arrived at BP yesterday am. Only cost $10 CDN Shipping as well.

That's brilliant, yeah I can imagine you got a good price, I really miss my US & Canadian buddies (stupid people all moved back to the UK) so no more cheap imported steels.

Yea, pretty sure one or two scalpers bought up most copies here in Ottawa. They were being sold on Kijiji for 100$ the next day. Good thing I wasn't too keen on getting one in the first place

I don't think it was scalpers in Ottawa. There were just a lot of single purchases.

There are tons of copies in the US of the identical SteelBook, so it would be a poor choice for investors to invest in.

Received my copy on Wednesday (but was away, so only got to open it last night). Glad I went for this rather than the Zavvi UK/Europe edition, even if it did cost me a bit more.

Just got mine thanks @Drum18 It's a beaut and well worth the extra moolah. Who knows what any 3D steel will look like, especially here in the UK with Disney's track record. Besides the DVD slot will house the 3D disc nicely when it comes out.

The GB is closed and this release is pretty much SOLD OUT in every region of the country.
Your best bet would be with the US edition.

No chance. The BB I went to had them everywhere. This was so mass produced, that I saved myself $6, and just bought the regular movie. I wanted to get multiple copies, but seeing how many that were produced, I concluded that there is no collectibility value to this title. As opposed to the HMV release of the Hate Flate steelbook, where there were only 3-5 copies for each store. I bought 3 copies of the Hate Flate steelbook, leaving just 1 that was damaged. First come first serve I say. But on the bright side, I'm keeping all 3 copies, and not scalping them on Ebay lol.

Gawd dayyam was I ever wrong about the no collectibility value of this steel lol. Went back the next day, and they seem to all have disappeared into thin air at 3 BB's. I coulda bought as much as I wanted since I was at BB the moment they opened. Got turned off by the price tag and the 100+ copies I saw. But on the bright side, I see that the 3 Hate Flate steels I managed to acquire are now bidding at $100 CAD with 2 days to go in the suction. That rests my mind a little.

The last one I got was wrapped in what seemed like a full roll of bubble wrap and then sealed in a bubble bag. Send him a message and if he can send you a picture, he's usually very helpful.
