Phone site seemed to work better for me.
When i was at the K Packet menu and it crash, i could just go back and continue from kpacket menu.
Same with checkout menu.

Just got a Lenti 1 hour and 8 minutes after pre-order went live. Was just about to give up too, lol. I think everyone gave up after an hour and it freed up some space to allow people to actually order.

So i am 9 for 9 with nova. Lucky.
