Well, I let my frustration get to me. Not saying they didn't deserve it. Yeah, I also feel like SW PF collectors have been given the shaft. Make more characters! Worried about too many sitting on the shelf? Make it more limited! They are trying to do what MR did. Anticipate how many to make for maximum profit, and then it kinda bites'em in the ass because they sit on so many for so long. You keep making a product that sells out in minutes, you'll keep collectors salivating for the next release. Now, we are barely getting anything and collectors are moving on.

Exactly why I did the vid. So when someone said, "Yeah! Right!" I had proof!

Yeah, totally agree that they seem to be making an awful lot more than they can sell with some of these characters. But it would also help if they'd start making the characters many fans are asking for. Not to take away from Commander Cody, and now a 3rd Maul PF, but I know there are a lot of other more important characters people would have loved to have seen first, especially some they haven't even made 1 version of yet. It also doesn't help when a SW PF takes more than 2 years to produce, when they can crank some DC pieces out in less than 6 months.

LOL! Thanks man. I had to record it because if I had told anyone, especially my friends, they wouldn't have believed me. Most COD games have a Zombie mode where you fight, well, Zombies! LOL! In Advanced Warfare's Zombie maps, there are also easter eggs where you have to complete a bunch of tasks in order to unlock the easter egg and get the trophy (or achievement - XBOX) for it. One part of the easter egg on the map I was on (Infection) is luck based, so you gotta keep at it until you get that one task done. This was the first time for me that everything fell into place so fast. Most of the time, I'd be unlocking the easter egg about round 18-25, but this was the first time I had gotten it at round 9. And, TBH, I'm not sure how many other people have done the same thing, but for me it's a huge accomplishement, LOL!

Yeah, we are freinds with our chief of police, and I know one of his officers from the gym. Good guys.

I don't blame you for leaving a nasty comment, wasn't that Sandtrooper previewed once already during San Diego Comic Con? They have went from a crawl to a stand still when it comes to SW PFs. Maybe you should switch to Hot Toys I spent a good hour today just playing with this guy:

The DC PFs still take a long time to produce, there are just more of them so it feels like it takes less than 6 months. They previewed Supergirl quite a while ago and she still hasn't went up for order (I'm thinking that has something to do with the negative reaction, but I can't imagine that's it because when does Sideshow actually listen?).

Have you been keeping up with the 12 days of Christmas? I think last year (or maybe the year before) I wanted 6 of the 12 items they revealed. They are through 9 already this year and I don't want anything.

Other lines are definitely taking priority, and that's ok. For a time, it was all about Star Wars and others complained they weren't getting anything from the licenses they enjoy. That said, what did PF's did we get shipped this year? Just Cody and Savage? Not to mention, no 1:1's, no dios, no LSB's. Maybe not last year, but the years before that there was something SW released almost every other month, so that why this slow down is so noticable. I'd be ok if they went back to 4 SW PF's a year like in years past, but what is going on now sucks! Even with the HT, XM, and IS 1/4 announcements, things are super slow. I'd like to think it will pick back up, but the last couple years have just been disappointing.

The 12 days has been good for Marvel collectors as there's been 3 Marvel statues announced, but I'm a DC comics guy and they've only announced a movie statue which I'm not interested in (although it was good news for Josh). One of their reveals was a Court of the Dead book and another day the reveal was a contest. Seriously how lazy is that?

Holy ****! Luke looks awesome! Are you planning on getting Detolfs for your HTs?

I actually just went on eBay to look at the Han & Chewie HT 2 pack you were talking about the other day just to check the prices, and holy hell they really are insane!

The DC PFs do usually take just as long as all the others. But the Arkham Batman PF went up for order in May '15 and shipped November '15. So if SS sets their sights to get a piece out in a hurry they can. I still can't figure out what the hell happened with Commander Cody.

I'm thinking I might be passing on all the 12 days previews so far. The Pfeiffer Catwoman probably would have been a guarantee buy but today Dave Igo confirmed its all fully sculpted . The mixed media elements are always the big selling point for me with PFs, and since the Tweeterhead I have on order is already fully sculpted I'm just not that hyped about the PF anymore. It will have to have both a better pose and base for me to swap for it now.

Yeah I totally understand that other people want other stuff other than Star Wars, but screw them! LMAO! I want more SW PFs!

What I've seen during the 12 days so far is A LOT of t & a statues. And I've actually seen a lot of dudes complaining about it. But just from seeing how many female pieces they have coming out, I think a lot of the complaining is warranted. There are really big male villain characters that are being passed over in favor of female characters that have much smaller roles just so they can make more t & a statues.

Have you thought about a custom acrylic case? It would probably be pretty expensive, but you could make a case long enough so you could have all the ANH characters displayed in a line. That would look so badass!

Maybe they will knock it out of the park. And then maybe I'll just keep both. I can never have too much Michelle Pfeiffer .

I know t&a is always a huge seller, but maybe SS is really overdoing it.

I think I heard Igo saying the Lex they are working on is supposed to be in his warsuit.

If collectors are complaining about TnA stats, then the company should take notice. Those are usually hot sellers, but if they are characters they don't care for, or more important characters to make, people won't buy. They look good from what I've seen but it's just not something I collect.

Oh yeah, Padme in the Geonosis arena would be great. I'm hoping HT visits the prequels eventually. I would love Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan, Anakin, Mace Windu (they've already nailed Samuel L. Jackson's likeness), Padme, and Dooku. I'm also hoping they do an Emperor/Senator Palpatine 2-pack.

Are you going to order Deadpool as soon as it goes up or wait for a monthly coupon? I could be wrong, but he is one of the few figures I think might actually sell out. Of course I'm sure Hot Toys is well aware of the demand and will probably make a ton.

I still have a feeling the last thing will be a DC villain. Sure, there are a few new DC heroes out, but they are lacking in the villains department. Who knows though, maybe it will be more Marvel t&a lol.

I'd love to be able to get a deal like you got from popcultcha.com.au during Spook that I missed out on. I'm checking them out for sales first from now on before I buy any HTs LOL.

I've heard some people saying this is the best 12 days ever and lots saying its the worst 12 days ever. She was probably on StatueForum. I think Dave Igo is the person she's talking about. He's one of the few SS employees that stops by the threads to talk about upcoming stuff with everyone. If you're into t&a only its a great time to be a statue collector, if you want SW pieces, "move along, move along". LOL.

I got a bad feeling HT really isn't going to crank out that many SW 1:4 figs. They'll do the big popular characters, but I think thats going to be it. They probably realize that most 1:4 collectors are statue collectors, and they'll just leave most characters to SS. Who won't do them anyways LMAO!

I still have a feeling the last thing will be a DC villain. Sure, there are a few new DC heroes out, but they are lacking in the villains department. Who knows though, maybe it will be more Marvel t&a lol.

I'll more than likely wait for Deadpool to at least start shipping before I pull the trigger, if I do. I think this will be a good seller, but I'm still going to hunt for the best deal. I'd love to be able to get a deal like you got from popcultcha.com.au during Spook that I missed out on. I'm checking them out for sales first from now on before I buy any HTs LOL.

You're probably right. We still haven't seen their Vader or Stormtrooper from SDCC up for order, and anything else new is probably a year or so down the line.

I've ordered 4 of those reveals from last year (and might get that Vader eventually)! Not so much this year.

Yeah I don't think Deadpool will sell out before it ships, I could see it being sought after though once it's sold out (assuming there's not a sequel and more figures made). The only 2 recent Hot Toys that sold out before shipping (that I can remember) were the Star Lord and Iron Man Mark 43 exclusives. If there's no exclusive, there's no rush.

I'm kinda shocked HT didn't hurry up on the 1:4 stuff they had though, considering they don't really delay the 1:6 stuff to much once they show it. I'm really excited to see how the burnt up Hayden head turns out.

He definitely doesn't like the prequels. (Or Jar Jar Binks). I figured that out when there was a thread about which SW characters you'd like to see in PF, I said a bunch of prequel characters, and Jar Jar because I still like that goofy bastard, and I'd like to see some company make an awesome collectible of him. Needless to say, you can figure out what he and every one else said after that .

I was hoping Deadpool would have come with an unmasked head. That would have been a definite sale for me. I think I'll still get him, but I can't guarantee it yet.

I don't get why Sideshow is so obsessed with the Captain Morgan pose. Its getting ridiculous. But I do think it looks pretty awesome on Lex. And his base looks like its going to be phenomenal!

It would be awesome if he had a swap out hand holding Superman's cape for the EX.
