This movie will be phenomenal! I think the first Avengers is my all-time favorite Marvel Studios movie to date, but I think Winter Soldier is my second. I have a feeling Civil War will end up being the best.

I remember when they said there was going to be some connection with Rebels and the ST. I remember there was a lot of talk saying it was going to be an inquisitor. Who knows. I still hope its not Aladdin .



Wow! He looks very impressive! I love the way you've got the cape posed.

If they can do it right, my opinion on Ezra could change. Especially if they scar him early on.

I haven't been keeping up with this Boba in the threads. Is this one polystone? When the first one came out everyone nearly had an aneurysm when they found out the statue was some kind of plastic.

I liked Avengers 2 alright. I didn't think it was as good as the first one but it was still good. For the most part I prefer the Phase 1 movies over the Phase 2. GotG's heroes were phenomenal but I found the villains competely forgetful, same with Thor 2's. Actually I'd have to say Thor 2 and Iron Man 3 are my least favorite marvel studios movies to date. I don't hate them or anything, but when you have so many movies out there they can't all be your favorite.

I think if this would have been on a different channel Filoni would have been able to do a much darker tone with some of the characters. I'm not necessarily saying that it should because it is a kids show after all, but you know what, screw those kids! I want a dark adult themed SW show .

I don't know why but the plastic in my Fett PF just doesn't bother me. I don't think anyone could tell just by looking at it that its not poly like the rest of them. I really wouldn't mind if they'd start making these out of PVC or whatever if that meant we got a nice $150 discount in the price, but I'm not even sure how much more expensive poly is vs pvc. It just feels heavier therefore it must be much more expensive. At least thats what I tell myself to justify the price .

This is the fourth year they're doing it. Its just Star Wars version of March Madness. It doesn't cost anything to fill out a bracket but its something fun to do. You can fill out a bracket right away but tournament voting doesn't start till March 14th.

Is XM even making Star Wars stuff still? I don't know if you keep up with them, but they are pumping out the Marvel statues at an unreal pace and each one is crazy good. I can't imagine it would take this long to get one SW statue out the way they operate unless something is holding it up. Obviously I keep hoping the reason is they are getting a U.S. distributor.

Do you have any bike trips planned? I would be scared to ride a motorcycle in your traffic.

I somehow missed your post. The head on Boba is definitely plastic, I think that's because it's moveable. Not sure about the rest? Sorry I'm no help.

I 100% agree with your choices for worst 2 MCU movies. Did you guys ever see Deadpool? I'm sure you've already discussed it and I missed it.

Lol. I think the body must by some type of poly because you'd definitely be able to tell if it was plastic. The first one is so light it feels like a toy.

We definitely both loved Deadpool. What did you think? I hear they already have a sequel underway. With the movies success being rated R I think we might see more superhero movies going that way. Snyder already confirmed there will be an R rated BvS coming out on Blu, and I have a feeling Wolverine 3 might go with an R rating as well.

The plastic doesn't bother me either. The price did, but I'm ok with the body being made with plastic. The PF looks the part for sure. No one has ever looked at it and said, "Is that plastic? It looks like it's plastic!" LOL!

Well, TCW was a kids show also, but Filoni managed to have some really dark moments. Far more than what we got with any of the live action movies. Cartoon Network wasn't too happy about alot of it though. I imagine Disney would be the same way, but you have to wonder if they are willing to let Filoni do more since ratings are so poor. I'm with ya! LOL! Make it how it should be with no restrictions. If they think younger viewers might be affected, put a warning at the beginning.

Yeah, I do. Going to Oregon later this week. Maybe Wed. And Thurs or Fri I'll be going to Seattle. Both are about an hour and a half long trips, and then riding around (group ride) will be at least 4-5 hours. The only time I worry about traffic when I'm on my bike is when my kid is on it. Otherwise, a quick flick of the wrist, and I'm in and out before anyone notices, LOL!

A friend of mine said that they are being held up by Disney, but we should hear something by the middle of this year. My guess is they got penalized for the leaked images and stuff. Which would be BS IMO.

The only thing I didn't like about IM3 was that Tony was out of the suit the whole movie. I mean, I get it since it took place after the events of The Avengers, and you could speculate that after almost dying from pushing that nuke through the rift (I guess that's what it is) it was hard to jump back into the suit. Still, that was the only thing that bothered me. I like IM better in the Avenger movies anyway.

Well, for the record, the Clone Trooper and Rex PF's have Poly heads and they swivel. It's not a big deal to me that SS went plastic on the helmet again. The price on the otherhand, LOL!

When I first got my Boba PF after I took the base out of the front of the styrofoam, I was like "Is there even a statue in here?" Lol. I remember reading how everyone said it was really light, but I was never expecting it to be that light.

I don't know what it is with me but I always associate shows on the Disney channel with the most kiddie type of shows as possible. I probably shouldn't considering that in almost all of their animated movies they kill off at least one of the main character's parents lol.

Tony being out of the suit in IM3 for the majority of the movie is my biggest gripe with the movie. That and the entire ending where they decided to add countless Iron Man suits flying around that Hot Toys decided they needed to make every single one of lol. The main complaint that people seem to have with the movie was Ben Kingsley's Mandarin character, but he was actually my favorite part of the movie. I liked the twist with his character. But overall the movie just isn't one of my favorites.

I agree. Like I said, I understand why the character would be traumatized somewhat, but I wanted Tony in the suit. Also, the trauma thing may be why he created so many suits. But I just don't think the movie is nearly as good as IM1 which I think is pretty much a masterpiece. Same with both Cap movies for me. The good news is I think the studio understood what the fans weren't crazy about with IM3 so they probably won't go that route again. We are all pretty lucky that we got RDJ back as Stark, as IM3 was the last movie he was signed for on his original deal and he was hesitant about coming back. Glad he did.

Oh man, I hate those commercials! LOL. Its agony. I mean Disney has to know that more than half of the viewers of the show are adult SW fans. I hope we get an adult focused SW TV show sometime soon.

I just saw this video with shots taken of the Episode VIII production. There aren't any spoilers if you are worried. The video used to have Duel of the Fates playing as the music track when I watched this video earlier but they changed it. Must have gotten hit for copyright.

I didn't care about the Mandarin bait and switch because I honestly didn't know who the Mandarin was to begin with, ha.

I'm super psyched for season 2 of Daredevil on Friday! This weekend has traditionally always been about college basketball for me, but when you can start using decades to measure how long your sports teams have been bad, you start to lose interest. I've been re-watching season 1 of Daredevil this week. This is almost blasphemous to say, but Daredevil is coming close to supplanting Superman as my favorite character. DC just isn't doing anything to make Superman interesting between putting out bad movies and the new 52.

So it sounds like the Sandtrooper PF should be up for order by the end of this month. Are you guys still interested in that one?

He was going on about getting back to the essence of the characters and the legacy that's gotten lost, but he reiterated it's not a reboot. So who knows what the heck rebirth is. I wish they would just go back to the pre-52 though. I've read quite a bit of the new 52 and while some of it was decent, I didn't like what they did to most of the characters. Or the fact that they wiped out almost a century of what the character was and changed their costumes! Lobo is the biggest travesty by far.

I didn't order either. I do want it, but I don't need the EX at all so no rush for me. I'm going to be waiting to see what comes out at SDCC this year so I can see if I'll need money to go towards any other character that might be more important first.

Oh man, I hate those commercials! LOL. Its agony. I mean Disney has to know that more than half of the viewers of the show are adult SW fans. I hope we get an adult focused SW TV show sometime soon.

I just saw this video with shots taken of the Episode VIII production. There aren't any spoilers if you are worried. The video used to have Duel of the Fates playing as the music track when I watched this video earlier but they changed it. Must have gotten hit for copyright.

I can see why they would have used Duel of the Fates. It is very similar to Naboo. Good watch though. Kinda seems though that as they walked through these areas, someone said, "Hey, how do we get this to look more Star Warsy?" And then someone else just went and sticker stuck one of those panels on the wall. LMAO!

Don't worry. Alot of the kids that have to sit through those don't like'em either.

It wouldn't have been the same without RDJ. Finish all the phases, and then move on.

I agree on IM3, I hated that he was out of the suit the majority of the movie. The coolest scene was probably when he saved all the passengers from that airplane and it turned out he wasn't even in the dang suit! I didn't care about the Mandarin bait and switch because I honestly didn't know who the Mandarin was to begin with, ha.

I'm super psyched for season 2 of Daredevil on Friday! This weekend has traditionally always been about college basketball for me, but when you can start using decades to measure how long your sports teams have been bad, you start to lose interest. I've been re-watching season 1 of Daredevil this week. This is almost blasphemous to say, but Daredevil is coming close to supplanting Superman as my favorite character. DC just isn't doing anything to make Superman interesting between putting out bad movies and the new 52.

So it sounds like the Sandtrooper PF should be up for order by the end of this month. Are you guys still interested in that one?

I am for sure. A new trooper will be nice. Would like to see more from the PT or TCW though.

I watched Season 1 over about a month ago. I can't frikkin' wait! Love this show!

Man, that sucks. How the hell can they get back to the essence of the characters without a reboot. And the costumes are terrible for the most part. Ugghhh that's frustrating. Just listen to the fans DC! I really wish things would just go back to the way they were before the New 52. Now I don't even know if I'm excited about Rebirth anymore.
