I can see why they would have used Duel of the Fates. It is very similar to Naboo. Good watch though. Kinda seems though that as they walked through these areas, someone said, "Hey, how do we get this to look more Star Warsy?" And then someone else just went and sticker stuck one of those panels on the wall. LMAO!

Don't worry. Alot of the kids that have to sit through those don't like'em either.

It wouldn't have been the same without RDJ. Finish all the phases, and then move on.

I am for sure. A new trooper will be nice. Would like to see more from the PT or TCW though.

I watched Season 1 over about a month ago. I can't frikkin' wait! Love this show!

Yeah, seriously! LOL! I'm just like, yeah, I have no idea what this 52 pickup thing or whatever is. LMAO!

LMAO! I knew it would be confusing. The New 52 is just DC Comic's current series of comics based on the most current reboot. The comics themselves reboot eventually just like the movie series do. They called it the new 52 because there were 52 different comic books series coming out each month. I don't know who the hell would ever have time to read all of them lol.

Okay guys, these Star Wars photos get even weirder :

I had to put the pic with the shoes in! LMAO!

Apparently was some kind of speeder thing that was parked and it explodes while people are running all around dressed in some tuxedo like clothing. I originally got a Naboo vibe from yesterdays photos, but this is just weird looking LOL. I'm not feeling Star Warsy vibe here at all.

Yeah, that is very odd! More like Da Vinci Code than SW. Still, Abrams did say that this film, in his opinion, has a better story than TFA.

52? Good God! That is alot of reading, LOL!

I totally see Da Vinci Code vibe there. Hopefully whatever they are doing will be awesome, but if someone showed me these images and asked what movie could these be from, I literally never would have said Star Wars. But I did hear that BDW is coming back as Lando. Take that with a grain of salt until its confirmed though.

I should clarify that they didn't necessarily always have 52 every single month as some series runs were shorter, but there were still 52 different series. I have no idea how people could keep up with what was going on in all of them. And thats just DC, I have no idea how many Marvel had.

Yeah dude, I can barely read one comic FFS! LOL!

Definitely looked like some kind of futuristic thriller on earth not something that happened "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...." BDW huh? Back on the Falcon maybe? That one pic of the alien mask and the opera suit though. That mask kinda reminds me of the Ghosts of Mortis brother and sister from TCW.

I just read that Harison and Steven are now confirmed for Indiana Jones 5 to come out in 2019: http://www.comingsoon.net/movies/ne...g-in-2019-with-harrison-ford-steven-spielberg. I don't know if you guys are big Indy fans or not, but I love this news :D.

I can hear the internet now, LOL! I'm definitely a fan! Even as much as I can't stand Shia, I still liked KOTCS. 2019 though, damn! Wonder why the wait.

Yeah I'm definitely not feeling I'm in a Galaxy far far away, especially with the black and white wingtip shoes LMAO!

Oh yeah, the internet is already whining. I guess they just don't want another Indy, because who in their right mind would rather have the character recast when Harrison is willing and excited to play him. On top of this we are getting Spielberg back to direct. I literally couldn't ask for anything more. The 3 year wait does suck though.

I'm definitely not a Shia fan. I found him tolerable at best for awhile, but once he was walking around with that bag on his head, I literally never wanted to hear anything else from that dude ever again.

I've never cared for him in any movie. Still, I can look past it and enjoy everything else the movie he's in has to offer (Transformers, Holes, KOTCS).

They seem to think that because Harrison is past his prime, there's nothing to offer. They'll make it work. Just like Stallone in the Expendable movies. They'll make it work.

Seriously! I mean, the boots that are somewhat similar to what is actually worn is one thing, but these shoes, LOL! I don't get it, but whatever. Guess that's why I'm not directing or the costume designer. ;)

I just hear his screaming voice now "Optimuuuuuussssssssss!" His voice annoys me and hurts my head lol. :pain:

I really don't know how these people think he couldn't deliver, I mean they just saw him deliver in Star Wars FFS.

I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall during that discussion "we need wingtip shoes for this scene!" LOL.

"Wingtips! Of course! Why didn't I think of that! F'ing brilliant! Guys! Lets get some wingtip shoes for Star Wars!" LMAO!

I really hate the internet. Just threads upon threads of the same **** everywhere. People who come in and give their 2 cents on why a new Indy shouldn't be made, and that they have no interest, but yet they are still there commenting and posting. In my perfect world, when I hit the delete button, it would wipe that person off the face of the planet.

LOL! I watched Fury last night for the first time, and he's in it. SHIA! LOL!

Its worse, because someone else approved it and was like "YES! This is what these movies have been missing all along!"

LMAO! I love it! Delete their life right away.

I read this on StatueForum today from Dave (douche) Igo:
Anyone who thinks the lack of Star Wars PF produced by us is by design - ie, we're ignoring it, is mislead by (shocking) assuming the worst.

Design and development time cant just stop on a dime and change direction on the spot, the ship is huge, lots of components to it, and we cant just REACT like spazzes. Over the last 2 years in particular, Star Wars (Lucasfilm) has been a crazy ever changing landscape for us that's different almost day to day...

Hot Toys getting the license, specific BIG GROUPS of characters being off limits after we were already approved on designs or already in development, our contract being renewed overlapping with the new movie stuff was probably the worst timing ever (totally coincidence) and the new movie stuff being the most hard-core NDA stuff we've ever dealt with, etc, etc, etc...

So, lots of aspects to this equation. Star Wars hasnt been slow on purpose for us, a lot of it was unfortunate timing, if not most of it.

We have a slew of stuff coming out, between the Sandtrooper, Darth Maul, Jango Fett, and others I cant remember if we announced yet or not, so there's stuff coming...

That is hilarious! I actually was talking to my friend in Seattle, and she told me about that. She actually read it to me in its entirety, and said, "2 words, DAMAGE CONTROL!" LMAO!

I'm serious man. I bet we can go into any thread on any forum regarding this news, and it's the same recycled internet BS!

"Hmm, we need something that will change movie making forever. Like George did back in the day."

"I know! Wingtips!" Truly Oscar worthy, LOL!

I literally can't believe anything that was said by him. HT who has had the license for less than a year has been able to crank out product non-stop including stuff from the new movie that was available to preorder by the first day of all the other lower end company's release date and had stuff shipping out by the time the movie was out in the theater. SS knew the movie was coming the exact same time as everyone else and they just sat on their asses and made up some bs excuse. I'm sorry but I just can't believe that they couldn't get LFL's supposedly extreme hardcore NDA stuff approved while LFL was approving stuff from every other company out there under the sun. He didn't have the balls to say that they make enough money off of their SW HTs that they are distributing that they don't even need to make anymore SW stuff on their own.

Seriously, this time the fans will be begging for a George Lucas Special Edition just so he can digitally change the shoes LMAO!

He should! And make them frikkin' Ewok slippers with real fur!

Exactly! I wonder how much pressure they are under now by Disney/ LFL to actually make product or they lose the license.

That would be awesome! I was thinking about turning severed Gungan heads into shoes with the ears flapping all around the ground while they are running.

I'm so shocked they haven't lost it yet.

They'll fight tooth and nail to keep it for sure. Because, it is better to have it and not do anything with it than to not have it at all. I just read that GG came out with a Flametrooper bust from TFA too. Or actually, it's up for PO. I'm tellin' ya man, the pressure is coming from Disney and LFL for SS to make stuff, not from SS wanting to support the fanbase.

Hell no! He'll make everyone in that scene a Gungan. With Ewok slippers, HAHAHA! Messa no likey wintip'n! HAHAHA!

Bwhaaaaaahaaaaaaa!!!!!!!! I seriously busted out laughing on that one. I ****ing love it! Make it happen George!

I saw that. They also are re-releasing that awesome Vader statue they made where he is kneeling, just making it in a smaller scale. I would have thought after it took SS 2 years to deliver Commander Cody to people after it went up for PO that would have had LFL breathing fire down their necks to step it up.

I don't get the smaller scale stuff that GG and Attakus are doing. But, if there are people who are going for it, good for them.

It makes more sense doesn't it? SS starts slacking off on their SW product for whatever reason. Making enough off of HT like you said, punishing SW collectors for leaving SS with a warehouse full of product that really is Sideshows fault for getting greedy with their ES, poor QC, and horrible returns dept. Disney/ LFL says, enough, and grants XM, IS, and HT rights to not only make SW statues, but also 1/4 scale product which is Sideshows bread and butter. Now, SS is scrambling to make just enough product to keep Disney/ LFL happy and not totally lose the license. Seems more realistic than that bile that Igo spewed.

I can't wait to see XM's stuff. I'd love to see them get the rights to sell to the US but then I wonder who would distribute it if that would happen. It would be hilarious if it was SS. Not only would they have to share their SW 1:6 figure license with HT which no doubt heavily outsells SS's 1:6 stuff, but then they'd have to share a 1:4 statue license as well. I'm not buying whatever bs story Igo is trying to sell. They seem to have no problem getting their asses in gear for Marvel and DC PFs.

I was sent a link to that thread that Igo responded to, and it seems many are buying the story, LOL! I didn't check, but I bet it's people newish to the hobby.

You and me both man. Hopefully soon!

BTW, watched Rebels last night. It wasn't the Maul one that they teased last week. My guess they showed Maul as a way to get people to watch. Still, it was a good episode. All Chopper and some other droid. I guess Chopper was in TCW now. LOL!
