Well if it's better than MoS then I'll remain cautiously optimistic.

I just ordered around 15 books and the shipping via media mail was $7 or $8.

I just read somebody got to see it for free because they work at a comic shop, and they still feel they paid too much. This is getting worrisome.

Well I know where I'm going to start spending a ton of money at. Are the books in good condition? I'm still floored by these awesome prices.

Well I honestly wasn't expecting much so that's how I'll go into it and maybe I'll be surprised...but you already know I'm secretly hoping it bombs so DC has to rethink their strategy!

Yeah all the books are brand new. Don't ask me how they can offer such low prices...maybe it's proof that they are marked up way too high to begin with? I remember finding out it costs companies like 10 cents to manufacture an album on cd and they cost around $15.

I've been flying all over the internet getting way too entertained with people's reviews lol. I am seeing a lot of people really praising Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot's performances, but a lot really don't seem to care for Jesse Eisenberg's. Eisenberg is the one and only casting decision I've always had a problem with. Whenever I end up seeing this I'm going to keep my expectations low that way it will hopefully only improve my chances of liking the movie.

There is a part of me that hopes this bombs so they have to start from scratch too. But there is another part that still wants to see if these movies can change my mind and end up being really good. The one thing I noticed and WB sure didn't make any comment about is they haven't started shooting Justice League Part 1 yet and thats going to be directed by Snyder. Its supposed to start shooting next month I think, but in the back of my mind I'm thinking this could all be a safety net set in place from WB. This will give them time to see how BvS is getting received and if it really is received poorly I can see WB firing Snyder off of the movie as a way of damage control to try to save the franchise. Wonder Woman and Suicide Squad are already both being made but both have different directors, so I think they should feel and look different than Snyder's movies which have a very distinct visual look to them that most people either love or hate.

I just watched the rest of it last night. What an amazing season! I'll hold off on discussing anything until you're finished with them.



I'll sign the thing but if some douchebag hits my car with his bike as he's trying to zip through cars I know I'm going to be pissed LOL. People have already been doing this for years by me anyways. There doesn't seem to be too many bikers around here that follow too many laws as it is LOL.

So Batman v Superman is coming out in a couple of days. Are you guys going to see it? I'm going to wait for a couple of reviews to come out before I commit to seeing it in the theater or not. If the reviews aren't that great I'll just wait for the Blu. There has been so much complaining (I'll admit I did some complaining too lol) and outrage from people about this movie from the start especially the Wonder Woman casting (although I didn't complain about her casting ever). Then yesterday someone suggested that they should have used the original TV Wonder Woman Lynda Carter's daughter to play her.

HOLY CRAP! THANK YOU! LOL! WOW! Does she act? I'm sure Gal will do a good job, but I've never found her attractive.

I hear ya man, but an A'hole will be an A'hole no matter what vehicle they are driving. My biggest concern, and most bikers feel the same way, is getting rear ended when coming to a stop. There are Youtube videos showing that stuff. It's one thing in a car where you at least have some protection, but on a bike you're exposed. Not to mention how it cuts down traffic congestion. Maybe not a big deal where you and I are at, but say like in the city it would help. Anyway, it's something that has been put up to be passed for some time, but unfortunately gets rejected.

Well the BvS reviews are starting to come in and its not looking good so far. Its sitting at 39% at Rotten Tomatoes as I type this. For the record I do love some movies that the entire internet and planet seem to hate so I don't know if these reviews should really be helping me out or not, but as of now I think I'm going to just wait for the Blu release.

I really liked Miller's Wolverine. I thought it was loads of fun while still being pretty dark. I'll definitely pick up his DD the next time I get some TPBs. Every few months Barnes and Noble offers a buy 2 get 1 free on all Marvel and DC graphic novels on their website. I'll let you know the next time I see that offer.

I've never cared for what RT has to say about any movie. They did the same thing to ROTS, and many other movies that I like. If you or Terp were to see it and give me your opinion, I'd take that over anything else on the net.

I wouldn't doubt if they have a safety net in place after how the Green Lantern movie bombed. Of course they would look like fools after all the future movies they've already announced. Well I would be on board for DC movies by different directors, I just don't care for anything Snyder has ever done.

I wouldn't doubt if they have a safety net in place after how the Green Lantern movie bombed. Of course they would look like fools after all the future movies they've already announced. Well I would be on board for DC movies by different directors, I just don't care for anything Snyder has ever done.

I mean if Deadpool slaughters this thing financially that will mean a C-list (at best) Marvel character was able to take down all of DC biggest A-listers put together in 1 movie. WB would have to do some really big changes. I'm thinking BvS is going to have a huge opening weekend but if these reviews stick the movie will probably plummet fast.

I hope the head is poseable too. I actually kind of like the pose itself, at least its not doing a captain morgan. I'm not getting this piece anyways so I'll have to enjoy it through you guys' pics when you get it.

I admittedly liked pieces of the Green Lantern movie. I really would have liked to seen Mark Strong as a villainous Sinestro, oh well. I don't know if Deadpool is C-list, he's pretty dang popular among younger people. Well before the movie was announced there was tons of merchandise for him and he was the most popular costume at comic con.

Yeah I read something on the statue forum about how great the base was...definitely an over exaggeration. It doesn't even have the black circular base on the bottom like most of them do.

I liked Ryan Reynolds and Mark Strong in the movie. I've never been a Green Lantern reader though so I don't know how close they came to what people were expecting though. The main problem I had was the giant floating piece of space poop they chose for the villain. That just looked weird lol. I thought if they would have continued with the planned sequel it probably would have been better having Mark Strong's Sinestro as the main baddy.

I've seen Deadpool's popularity really exploding over the last 5 years or so. I hadn't seen much people give the character much attention before that.

I literally can't see WB changing the plans of the planned DC Universe only based on initial reviews, unless WB thinks they have a real stinker on their hands and the reviews are pointing out exactly what they hoped wouldn't be pointed out. This movie is going to have a huge ass opening weekend.

By the way, I finally got that statue I was trying to get my hands on...XM Daredevil Must say I was very impressed by their packaging, it actually felt like you were opening an expensive collectible. Man I wish they could get a distributor here!

It worked for the Shaak Ti base, but they just made this one weird. Needs to be more flat and the spine of the Bantha needs to wrap around the outer edge back of the base finishing with more of the skull showing to the side. And, instead of the Wamp Rat, have the O ring from the "Look Sir, droids" moment in the sand. The figure looks really good though. The pauldron looks to be mixed media but I could be wrong and it could just be well painted.

I like pieces of Green Lantern too. Is it a great movie? No! But, can it be a good popcorn flick to watch now and then? Yeah, definitely. I feel the same way about Ghost Rider.

If they are changing plans based on reviews, they have and have had zero confidence in this movie. I don't see it. WB will wait for the cash to roll in and go from there.

Dude, I just saw pics of it on the other site! OMG! How much did that cost you? Did you have to sell other statues or internal organs to afford it? Thats definitely one of the best looking pieces I've ever seen!

I like pieces of Green Lantern too. Is it a great movie? No! But, can it be a good popcorn flick to watch now and then? Yeah, definitely. I feel the same way about Ghost Rider.

If they are changing plans based on reviews, they have and have had zero confidence in this movie. I don't see it. WB will wait for the cash to roll in and go from there.

If they decide to make changes to the DC Universe they would have to do it almost immediately following this weekend. They are shooting WW currently and I'm not sure if its done but they definitely have at least a good chunk of it done. SS has completely finished shooting, and fromrom what I hear a lot of people really like Affleck as Batman so they won't be changing that part of the movie. Although I did hear one big complaint :

Apparently Batman murders in BvS, which is something the character is very against doing in the comics and the hardcore comic fans are extremely pissed about this, although they still like the Affleck performance. I haven't read enough info on particular scenes because I don't want to spoil the movie for myself.

Dude, I just saw pics of it on the other site! OMG! How much did that cost you? Did you have to sell other statues or internal organs to afford it? Thats definitely one of the best looking pieces I've ever seen!

I'm actually surprised I haven't heard more of "If you like MOS than you'll like BvS", considering this is mainly supposed to serve as a direct sequel to MOS more than anything else. It should have the exact same tone and feel as MOS does since it the same director.

You see, that is where I don't mind a different interpretation of the character. It'd be one thing if it were a continuing series, but this is just another version of the character told from another perspective. I'm all for that! Hardcore fans need to understand this. I mean, it's not like this is a space opera where someone decided to throw in some wingtip shoes, LOL!
