LMAO! Pretty much! So irritating though.

"Why won't you die!" Yeah, I've had a couple friends who have hit various animals and go down. Thankfully they were wearing full gear. I typically wear my gear (jacket, helmet, boots, gloves, etc) but when I take the bike to the gym, I wear my jogger shorts, a t-shirt, my vibrams, and a helmet. And, sometimes a light jacket depending on the weather. But! I always take the back roads where speed is about 30-35. On the freeway or if I'm pushing it on some twistys, I'm in full gear.

I really like that Rey and BB8 package. I dunno man. Still thinking everything over. With prices the way they are, and now that I have another expensive hobby, I'm thinking things through a little more.

The Palpatine PF is $1600?

Yeah like Josh said that Palpatine PF has been going for an insane amount! Plus you could probably fund an XM statue just with your Darth Talon and have money left over! So if you get that XM Vader then are you going to sell your SS Vader? Or can you never have enough Vader?

I knew the second I saw that Darth Maul thing, I knew it was going to be too good to be true. That literally would have been the number 1 show I ever could have asked for.

How long has it been now since XM announced the SW license and we still haven't seen anything yet? Lol. I'm never going to be able to afford the Vader dio but its definitely the number 1 piece that I want to see pics of.



I guess that is definitely a possibility. Superhero movies will eventually lose their popularity, but I'm thinking we're going to have to see some other type of other genre gaining steam before it happens. If SW gets to a point where they are able to release multiple movies per year like Marvel and DC, then that might be the thing to do it.

Palps goes for an absolute insane amount. When I decided to make the switch from DC to SW PFs I made a list of who I wanted, and then I went and scouted past eBay prices and quickly found out Palps wouldn't be making it into my collection LOL. I think the lowest I've seen him go is $800.

I've heard rumors of a live action SW series for years now. Until I see anything directly from Disney or LFL I'm just not buying it.

Netflix is trying to motivate you guys to get off your asses. LMAO!



I'm thinking SS is going to do a Rey and BB-8 PF set. I don't think I'd go for it anyways due to space limitations and I'm thinking her TFA rag outfit will end up being my least favorite Rey outfit.

I think SS will do a Rey and BB-8 set as well...in 2020! It would make sense if her Jakku outfit ended up being your least favorite, I think Luke's white Tatooine outfit has to be my least favorite he's ever worn.

I don't know if I'd like SW releasing multiple movies per year, I think that would be too much. Especially since you know Disney would just keep doing stories from the episode IV-VI era which would mean recasting young Luke and Leia. I mean we all pretty much agree that the Han Solo movie is a bad idea! I think a Netflix series would be cool though, it would be no different from The Clone Wars or Rebels.

Well you can definitely make bank on your Darth Talon PF if you sell your non-canon stuff. I don't know how attached you are to your other SW ladies, but Aurra Sing, Aayla Secura and Shaak Ti can all fetch nearly a grand a piece as well on eBay. I know those are all still canon but if you ever needed the funds for an upcoming XM piece those would cover you quite easily. I'm kind of pissed I didn't go after Shaak Ti or Aayla when they came out as they were so affordable. I remember you were getting your "brand new" replacement Aayla when I found your old thread. Good times LOL.

Maybe XM will be at SW Celebration this year. Sooner or later they are going to have to show something off lol.

I think an Obi-Wan series would be freaking amazing!

I'm pretty positive Kylo Ren will go up for order this week! However it is SS who doesn't capitalize on anything so who knows. They will probably relist something that's been sold out like they seem to be doing lately.

Have you guys ever been to SW Celebration? By the way, Gwendoline Christie (a.k.a. Captain Phasma) already kicked serious butt again in Game of Thrones. They really need to do something awesome with her character in the next two episodes!

The thing I learned when it comes to old SW pieces, or any old PF for that matter its way better to try to wait on getting one until there are at least a few of the one you want for sale at the same time. If you need a piece when there is only one out there you can get stuck paying two or three times higher than what a fair price would be. Oppositely if you want to sell one you should definitely sell it when there aren't any others out there .

Yeah, Luke's Tatooine outfit is definitely my least favorite too. But its probably the one I think of most when I think Star Wars, I just think his outfits kept getting cooler as the saga went on. Hope the same thing happens with Rey.

I'm really worried about the over-saturation of Star Wars. For me the so few movies that have been made is what makes it so special. And I love how after a long absence of no movies the entire planet just explodes with excitement when a new trilogy is announced. I know many people feel differently than I do, but I just think if they keep cranking movies out that excitement from an announcement about new movies will die down and will be replaced with people just expecting more movies. Sooner or later though they will inevitably reboot SW from scratch and remake ANH, and I'm pretty sure it will happen in our lifetimes. Maybe for not another 30 years but it will happen. In the meantime I'd like to see them branch out away from the Skywalker saga and visit new times and new places.

I'm hoping Kylo goes up for order, but its not going to surprise me if he doesn't with SS's SW track record as of late. They were talking about how hard it is to get approval from LFL, but everyone else doesn't seem to run into this problem except for SS so I'm not buying their b.s. excuse. It would be cool to see a Rey PF, but I doubt that would go up for order anytime soon. They still haven't put up their Jango yet FFS.

I want to go to a Celebration, but I haven't been to one yet.

They should have had Phasma fighting Finn in that one scene instead of that random stormtrooper. I think that would have made more sense too.

2020 sounds about right, LOL! FFS! I'm so glad I don't sit around waiting for their next big SW announcement anymore because I'd be one seriously disappointed fan. Which is why I like what HT is doing. Sure it's smaller, but the likenesses are far better than what SS can do in a larger scale, and the price is better.

I've never been to Celebration. Are you kidding? I can't even make the events in my own back yard, LOL!

Yeah, I really want my collection to be on canon characters. So, Talon PF, Malgus PF, Gartogg Mythos, Stormtrooper Commander and Shadow Trooper would all go. If you guys know anyone with in driving distance looking for those, LMK.

I'm one of the few who don't mind a whole S-ton of SW right now. Considering how dry it was between the OT and PT, I'm glad we have had solid content like TCW to keep the universe going. I sincerely hope they don't do the reboot thing. If Disney truly wants to make SW their own, they need to move past the Skywalker time line and do something from the past or future with fresh new characters, and leave the rest as is.

I can't emphasize enough how happy I am that you went with that color bike every time I see a new video of it. I'm really digging the spikes, they bring out the Maul in it more .

I forgot that you got rid of your boxes. Thats a drag. I regret selling my Mythos off when I did, because I could have gotten a lot more from them now.

I can't blame you for not getting excited for SW PFs anymore after the massive delay of Cody. There is a good chance that will happen with Kylo whenever it happens to go up.As I'm writing this its already May 3rd and I haven't heard anything about May the 4th from SS. The 2 previous years SS sent emails to me on May 1st letting me know of upcoming SW stuff happening in the week. It seems this year SS isn't making a big hoopla about May the 4th.

I'm definitely not going to complain about all the SW content right now, as I'm loving it. 10 years from now of constant movies I may feel differently though. As long as they can move away from this time period eventually that will really help. I definitely don't want to see recast origin stories of every main character from the OT. That would likely ruin so many childhood memories. But I do need a freaking Darth Maul movie to happen while Ray Park is still in shape! Lol.

Good advice on selling on ebay when there aren't any others listed. I have a Koto Spider-Man and Wolverine I need to get rid of still, I'll have to check to see how many are listed.

I'm not sure if I'm worried about oversaturation, I think I'm more worried that fans don't want to see already established characters recast and getting overkill on this one era. To be honest I had no interest in the standalone movies when they were announced (with the exception of an Ewan McGregor Obi-Wan movie!). However, after seeing that trailer for Rogue One I'm definitely on board with that one so far. I've said this multiple times, but I'd love it if they turned the Darth Bane books into a trilogy. Or go back to Darth Malgus! I can't even imagine a battlefield of Sith vs. Jedi, that seems wild.

Dude your bike is so badass! Do you get comments from people when they see it? And you make fancy videos, how long does that take you to put them together?

Aren't there going to be shadow troopers in Rogue One? You might have to hang onto that one! I agree on HT, they are killing it and giving fans a ton of options. I see they are having a Finn stormtrooper with the blood stained hand print on the helmet coming out soon.

I'm not sure if I'm worried about oversaturation, I think I'm more worried that fans don't want to see already established characters recast and getting overkill on this one era. To be honest I had no interest in the standalone movies when they were announced (with the exception of an Ewan McGregor Obi-Wan movie!). However, after seeing that trailer for Rogue One I'm definitely on board with that one so far. I've said this multiple times, but I'd love it if they turned the Darth Bane books into a trilogy. If you have the blue/yellow Koto Wolverine I've seen that one fetch a pretty penny before. I'm not familiar with their Spider-Man one though.

I'm actually kind of shocked they are going forward with the Han Solo spinoff. That movie is getting a lot of flack already as a lot of people are just not going to accept anyone else playing Han. I guess I'll see it, but I'm already planning to just wait for the Blu instead of seeing it in a theater. I had very little interest in Rogue One either until I saw the trailer. If they are going to stick within the established time period I guess it works as long as they can focus on brand new characters like they are with Rogue One. I have a feeling we'll never see the old Darth Bane in anything else, as the Bane that they put in the Clone Wars show is a lot different than the one from the books from what I've heard, and Clone Wars is canon and the books aren't anymore. But who knows maybe they can still come up with something. I'd love to see a Malgus movie too!

I agree! Either that, or do a younger Darth Maul being trained by Sidious. They could probably get a few seasons out of that on Netflix.

Has there been no info at all from SS? We could see it as a good sign that they are keeping it hush hush, but the reality is they probably don't have anything good planned.

I kinda regret getting rid of the boxes, LOL! I'm sure I'll find someone within driving distance eventually. It's not a big rush to sell them, so even if it's a year or 2 that's ok.

Thanks man. Yeah, the spikes are part of the plan to MAUL it out! I will be replacing the front red cowl (the red part above the headlight) with a carbon fiber one eventually though. So that the red spikes pop a little more.

I know Mike has (Obiwopkenobi at the old forum). I honestly don't know if I'd be able to handle it, LOL!

The troopers in R1 have a different helmet design, and IIRC are some kind of elite commando squad. If a murdered out Stormtrooper makes an appearance though, I'm definitely keeping it. I didn't know that about the HT Finn. See! That is why HT is killing it!

Thanks man. Yeah, I get comments quite a bit actually. I take very good care of my bike and most people are really surprised how clean it is. It really depends on the video. My internet connection is crap so uploading takes forever! My video "A clean MAUL is a happy MAUL" took a full day (on and off) as where the "spike bar end install" took a couple hours. Editing doesn't take long. It's just the upload times.

I couldn't agree more! I would love to see that era explored. I really have to wonder if Disney wants anything more to do with the Sith though since they have their own "baddie" organization in The Knights of Ren. I'd love to see it though. Same with Malgus.

If you have the blue/yellow Koto Wolverine I've seen that one fetch a pretty penny before. I'm not familiar with their Spider-Man one though.

I'm actually kind of shocked they are going forward with the Han Solo spinoff. That movie is getting a lot of flack already as a lot of people are just not going to accept anyone else playing Han. I guess I'll see it, but I'm already planning to just wait for the Blu instead of seeing it in a theater. I had very little interest in Rogue One either until I saw the trailer. If they are going to stick within the established time period I guess it works as long as they can focus on brand new characters like they are with Rogue One. I have a feeling we'll never see the old Darth Bane in anything else, as the Bane that they put in the Clone Wars show is a lot different than the one from the books from what I've heard, and Clone Wars is canon and the books aren't anymore. But who knows maybe they can still come up with something. I'd love to see a Malgus movie too!

Well, the Bane in TCW was just a spirit of Bane. A "fiery" version as they put it. They could still do Bane that looked like the one based off the books, IMO. That Solo spinoff has me SMH bigtime! I just don't get it!

I'll get Kylo from an AD. I would kinda like to have the hilt/ hand option, but realistically, I'll be displaying it with the saber. Kylo PF if it does ship next year, will be one of 2 statues I'll get.

I really had no interest in the EX but SS lists this thing at 23" wide, and 15 1/2" long. I'm worried about Besta fitment and might be forced to use the closed fist hand, but I'm really hoping the saber fits.

The price is insane on Kylo, but since I'm only collecting PFs when it comes to SW, there is no way I could miss out on this character. I highly doubt I'll be buying anymore SW PFs from this point forward though. My $500 ceiling has now been broken and I'm just not willing to continue collecting beyond that price point.

I saw the Kylo HT but I already ordered the PF last night. Its no biggie though since all of my SW stuff is statues anyways and I don't want to mix it up with figures. Han and Chewie should look really awesome though! What do you have on order from HT?

You guys will now see me move away from the $2K price complaint of regular sized LSFs, and now whenever I complain about how ridiculous SS's prices are getting, the R2 LSF will now be the number one example I go to for my complaining lol. I mean its shorter than some PFs are. How the **** can it cost $2000????

So $400 for a BB-8 PF? Man that R2 LSF price is just insane. I like that they are promoting free shipping on Kylo as a big deal when you know they jacked up the price to cover the shipping costs! Did you put him on flex pay? That's what I've been doing with all the expensive DC statues. Thankfully Aquaman only cost me $40 with reward points.

The thing about Kylo is he's completely covered in fabric anyhow so I don't think you would be able to tell that the HT one is a figure and not a statue. Plus I guarantee it will have a light up saber. I only have the Rey/BB8 on order at the moment. I still wasn't sure what route I was going so I hadn't ordered anymore...although the price of Kylo might have just tipped the scale for me. I need to open my HT Kylo and the First Order troopers I have and take some photos!
