Steelbook "Simulator"

A few months back I was on this website that had some sort of "Make it yourself" steelbook simulation program
BUT I can't find it anymore...
Does someone know where to find it/ if it still exists?

I don't think that was a valid/true website because I believe STEELBOOK is a trademark of Scanavo and only they are allowed to produce it. But I could be wrong. That website could have been legit if it was somehow connected to Scanavo.
