And where, if I may ask?
I've heard two stories: one - that they are boots, and two - that they are promotional.
But - it looks great, and it sits nice next to the VHS box version!;) So I don't care either way.

Nice! How much with shipping did it cost, in UK too and really want this
Shipping from the USA is $29, which includes insurance against loss or damage and all packing materials.

Can ship 2x copies of this edition for same shipping cost or add another edition from a group buy.

Can also hold for something else up to 60 days, if you want to wait on shipping

I got the package from @apsmith21 yesterday - thank you very much, what a beautiful edition it is. Despite the large amount of pictures available already, I couldn't help myself but take some more. You know, because it's freakin' awesome:

I love the new coin, too.

One copy was slightly damaged during transit. I suspect the Nosferatu pin was the culprit. The fixation piece (don't know the proper name) on its back left an indentation on the slip cover. It's very hard to take a photo of, but you can probably make it out. It's in the area of Dustin's knee:

Even though the copy was protected by two layers of bubble wrap, it still pressed through. I guess some heavier packages were put on this one, and in effect it left the mark there. It's about the size of my thumb's fingertip. You can feel and see the dent much better in reality, of course. I think it can be dealt with once the package is opened.
No reproach to @apsmith21 of course who did a great job again.

The most unexpected BluRay release of 2017 reflects the topic of the most unexpected series of 2016: a retro fest of the 1980 unto the smallest detail. Not surprisingly, the design of the box was one of a VHS video cassette.

I thought a lot about the backdrop for this beauty. I ended up using one of the iconic posters of the 80s which actually appears in the show. Also, I had one there.

The video cassette looks like it stood around in a rental store for a long time. It's quite battered.

The back is minimalistic, like a video cassette should be.

Only the corner info betrays it to be a BluRay + DVD. Region is 1 (as well as A, although it's not specified)

"The motion picture contained in this video cassette is protected..." :)

VHS hi-fi!

A view from above.

A video cassette is inside!

On a photograph, it actually looks like the real thing!

Although it's a bit bigger. No danger of putting it into a real VCR.

The stickers are printed though.

The cassette is actually made of cardboard.

The tape-protecting cover is actually a flap with a magnetic seal. Good thing there is no magnet tape in there!

The interior of the "cassette".

Two BluRays on foam hubs to the right. The cardboard holder can be flipped open.

It hides two DVD discs, also on foam hubs.

The bottom side of the BluRay disc holder.

The pocket to the left contains a poster.

The fold-out poster with a fold-out Demogorgon. :)

The cassette with the cover.
