Just blank red. I popped mine open, cut the top off my j-card, and slipped that on the inside.

I'm happy for those who wanted this that they included the 2nd disc, but this artwork does nothing for me. It's not as bad as Stripes or as perplexing as Karate Kid, but it's just not good imho.
